Pacific Coast Highway reopens for first time since L.A. wildfires

The Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California, has reopened just in time for the holiday weekend. A stretch of the vital artery had been closed since the devastating wildfires broke out in early January and engulfed Los Angeles.
