New Mexico Gov. says state has “absolutely not” figured out how to implement health care changes

New Mexico Democratic Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham told “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” that she is not sure how her state, which holds the highest number of Medicaid recipients in the U.S., is going to implement the changes to Medicaid and Medicare under President Trump’s “big, beautiful bill.”
