Mom placed on child abuse registry after letting 5-year-old walk alone

A Virginia mother is walking the line between helping a child develop their independence and criminal child neglect, fighting charges of abuse after letting her 5-year-old son walk outside alone. CBS News’ Mark Strassmann is following the story.
