Beshear says U.S. needs to “fix the darn government,” including abolishing Electoral College

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear, who is the chairman of the Democratic Governors Association, told “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” that the American people think the “government is broken,” the U.S. needs to “fix the darn government,” including with the election of president and vice president.
