Barbara becomes first hurricane of 2025 season to form in Pacific Ocean

The first hurricane of the 2025 season is taking shape in the Pacific Ocean off the west coast of Mexico. Hurricane Barbara has been classified as a Category 1 storm and is not expected to make landfall. CBS News Philadelphia meteorologist Kate Bilo has the latest.
