Can I use this alone without diapers?
This item is a waterproof diaper cover with NO absorbent material inside. It must be worn over disposable diapers or pull-ups and cannot replace diapers.
Does this product absorb urine by itself?
No, there is no absorbent layer. It only acts as a waterproof barrier cover to prevent urine from soaking your clothes and bedding.
Why is sizing inconsistent and how should I choose?
Fit may vary by body shape and preference. Please check waist and thigh measurements in the size chart instead of S/M/L only. Between sizes? Choose larger for a looser fit or smaller for a snug fit.
Why do leaks happen and how can I improve protection?
Leaks may occur due to poor fit, shifting inner diapers, or improper positioning. For better protection, choose the right size, use a suitable absorbent diaper or pad, and ensure proper placement before wearing the adult diaper cover.
Should I buy one or multiple adult diaper covers? How should I clean it?
Multiple adult diaper covers are recommended for daily rotation. Machine wash (gentle cycle) or hand wash. Use water below 40°C/104°F. Low-heat dry or hang dry. Do not iron, bleach, or dry clean.
