Tupac Murder Trial – Day 4 (Live Updates)

Today is day four of the trial of Duane ‘Keffe D’ Davis, accused of orchestrating the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur in Las Vegas in 1996.

Prosecutors on Wednesday said that they have a five-hour video to present as evidence in the trial of Duane “Keffe D” Davis. Testimony is expected to resume at 1 p.m. today.

On Wednesday, former FBI Special Agent Wade Lee said that in an interview, Davis denied knowing who killed Shakur. Davis told investigators that he was angry about a brawl involving his nephew, Orlando Anderson, but that he wanted to retaliate in Compton, not Las Vegas, Lee testified.

The second witness, former Los Angeles Police Detective Daryn Dupree, said that he was assigned to the task force investigating the 1997 murder of rapper Christopher Wallace, also known Biggie Smalls and the Notorious B.I.G.
