Title: Best eyelash curler!
Review: I purchase this eyelash curler after my Shiseido eyelash curler broke after only two months. The previous one broke after six months. until then I had always used to Shiseido curlers and was very pleased with them. So this time I thought I would try something less expensive and well reviewed. Iâm so glad I did, although it was a little more cumbersome at first , It gave me a great curl and the spring is really strong, it doesnât get wobbly, like the more delicate Shiseido. it also gives you 5 refill pads. At less than 1/2 the price and 5 times the replacement pads itâs a no brainer, bought another to keep in my travel bag. Great product !

Review: So Iâm trying to give this curler a chance but so far itâs hard to get used to. The curler is large and is hard to fit near your eye. The other thing I donât like is the color! You canât even see your lashes on the curler. However, with that being said, the customer service is great and they will try to work with you with their product so itâs worth a try to see if you like it or not.

Title: Silicone Pad ripped out my eyelashes!!! Upgrade from 1 star to 3 just for customer service!
Review: The original silicone pad that came with the curler ended up ripping out 3/4 of my eyelashes, and it has been a couple months now and they still havenât grown back. Iâve gotten these eyelash curlers before and havenât had an issue before, but for some reason the silicone on this one was defective had some type of sticky issue with it that ripped my eyelashes out with it when I curled them. No I did not put mascara on before curling. I did use one of the replacements for the other eye and it didnât rip out my eyelashes, thankfully, but will not be purchasing again due to the fact that I had this issue. Just beware!!!**Update**After writing this review, the company reached out to me and offered to get me a replacement or issue me a refund, which I was totally not expecting, and offered to get me replacement lashes and lash serum. Needless to say, this companies customer service is exceptional and they go above and beyond to rectify any issues one might have with their products and itâs refreshing to see a company put their customer first. I only changed my rating from 1 star to 3 solely based on the customer service experience with this company and the way they handled themselves with my experience.

Review: I got this lash curler in 2023 and it broke in 2024. The middle piece that causes the tension broke and couldnât be fixed. I liked this curler more than the ones Iâve had in the past. They all seem to break at some point which is pretty annoying.

Review: Was worried as some reviews not good, but I like it.Was surprised as it comes with tweezers too.I donât have skinny fingers and there is plenty of room. You can get a good grip and theyâre not sharp. I have used eyelash curlers for at least 30 years and these are as good as any I have used apart from heated, which are good but batteries run out in a couple of days. Nice little bag comes with it too.
