    Title: Definitely a bargain compared to OEM Honda clips
    Review: Saw body clips on a genuine Honda parts site for $.95 each. At $7.59 for 50, these come out to $.15 each. They look identical to me, though I’m sure there are subtle differences. I used these to replace several missing OEM clips and they seem to work just fine. While I didn’t visually inspect all 50, I did look fairly closely at a good number of them and the quality appears to be good. Found none that I had to discard because of poor quality or likelihood that they wouldn’t secure the panel pieces. At present, I am completely satisfied. In the interest of full disclosure, I am not a hard core off-roader, so I can’t speak to whether these clips will withstand severe side torque and stress, but, for what I use the unit for, these clips are more than satisfactory.

    Title: It fits fine.
    Review: The plastic handle is worthless but if you still have the original metal handle it’s not hard to drive the pin out and use it in this new housing, just take note on how the spring sits first and it’s not hard to get it back together. If your metal handle is broken then I would not recommend this.

    Review: We have a 1988 Chevrolet “ranch truck” that gets used hard and put away wet. The OEM driver’s side door handle finally gave up and snapped off. A pair of needle nose vise grips worked in a pinch to avoid rolling down the window and using the exterior handle, but this put it back to pretty much new. The OEM handle was heavy cast aluminum. This one is plastic. Will it last another 34 years? Probably not, but neither will the truck or I.

    Review: The original handle is “pot” metal. The new one is a plastic of some sort. One of the little bar clips broke immediately , but I had the high quality originals to use as a replacement. The two rear rivet holes didn’t line up with the holes in my door, so I had to notch the plastic holes. I’ll be happy if the plastic door handle holds up over time.

    Review: I really love this kit. I have used plastic trim tools in the past, and this trim tool is much better, stronger, and easier to use than any tool I have ever used previously. I needed retainer clips for my son’s Infinity Q50, and these retainer clips are an exact match. The retainer clips work great, are made of high quality same as OEM, and have held up. This kit is a great value. My favorite part of this kit is definitely the trim tool, and I have used it many times since I have had it, on a variety of vehicles.

    Title: When you need them, you gotta have them.
    Review: Had a used car lent to me, and the front oil pan protector under the car was falling off. This frequently happens, when the car runs over something that is high and scratches, scrapes the protector and its anchor plugs. Once the head comes off, the protector can be left on the road or dragging under the car. These plugs, of multiple sizes, fits oil protectors, side panel wheel protectors (protecting the engine from road splash from wheel), inside door panels, etc. The kit is great to have around, when you need them. The kit has the removal tool (for the old damaged fastener) and is very handy. If you don’t have them, you could use a screw or a bolt, or anything else that holds the parts in place. But you don’t want to do that, right? This kit is your answer. I just gave one to the friend whose car I was lent. So they make the ideal gift for the DIY mechanic/car buff.

    Title: 1993 F-150 Body Molding Tape
    Review: The ends of the front quarter panel and door moldings on my 1993 Ford F-150 started to lift. A few years ago I had tried some double-sided tape, and it didn’t perform very well. A more comprehensive search, which included ways to remove the old tape, recommended this tape.I removed the old tape with a wizard wheel attached to my drill and make sure to surface was clean. The application of the state is pretty simple, and I opted to install it on the back of the molding to confirm that it wouldn’t visible after attaching it to the body panel. The bottom line is that the stuff works great. The molding, even though it had some lifting and some areas of stress, now lay flat. I’ll be using this tape going forward should the need ever arise again.

    Title: The Superglue of the Gods!
    Review: When I first bought the 3M Super-Strength Molding Tape, I thought, “Sure, it’s just tape. How much damage can I do with that?” Oh, how wrong I was. This tape is basically the Hercules of adhesives. I’ve used it for everything from fixing a loose truck mirror to reattaching the bumper after an impromptu “close encounter” with a rogue shopping cart. If you’re looking for tape that can hold your life together (literally), look no further!Let me tell you, this tape doesn’t mess around. I tried to peel it off just to see if it was as strong as they claim. Big mistake. It’s like trying to wrestle a bear in a phone booth. It stayed exactly where I put it, and let’s just say, my fingers are still trying to recover. I’m pretty sure I’ve bonded with my truck on a molecular level now.The adhesion power of this tape is so intense, I’m convinced it might have a future in the space program. I wouldn’t be surprised if NASA starts using it to keep rockets from falling apart. If you ever feel your life is falling apart, just slap some of this tape on it.     Review: I drive an old F150 and the ends of the door molding had curled and would not lie flat. I cleaned the inside of the molding and the doors surfaces with a rag and some gas, let it dry and then used a heat gun to soften the molding, (be very careful if you use this method because it’s easy to heat the molding up to much and melt it), after the molding was more pliable, I applied the tape, held the molding to the door until it became cool and voilà, no more lifted door molding.I recommend this product if you have anything that needs to be stuck to metal, it works fantastic.

    Title: Easy to apply and bonds well to plastic
    Review: Purchase this to line the inside of a generator shed and help with sound absorption and some heat reflection. Very strong and aggressive adhesive that bonds well to the plastic. That was one of the challenges is that not many things want to bond well to low density polyethylene, which is what I believe the shed is made out of. Like the product and would buy it again.

    Review: The insulating roll was purchased to cover the interior hood of a car. The factory insulation was sagging and not staying in place, causing a nuissance when servicing the vehicle. The insulation was easy to installvafter cleaning the mating surface. Although thinner than the factory insulation, it foes a better job in reducing the audible engine noise and appears to insulate heat very well. I did not buy enough for my project and required a second roll. Definitely recommend it as it works well at a fraction of what similar insulation rolls cost.

Der Kleber ist sehr stark, einmal aufklebt – keine Chance auf Korrektur. Man sollte also die zugeschnittenen Teile vor dem Abziehen des Papiers vorher testweise anprobieren. Optisch macht das Material eine sehr guten Eindruck.Wenn ich wieder so ein Projekt vorhabe, würde ich mich für dieses Produkt entscheiden.

    Title: Squirrel resistant insulation mat
    Review: Squrrels destroyed original underhood insulation mat on my friend’s car and she asked me to help to replace it.I checked prices for OEM part, it was too high. I looked for another solution and found this mat.It cost $36, not few hundreds. With the adhesive backing it was very easy to install. It has good temperatureand noise insulation. Now after 3 years it still looks like new and squirells don’t touch it. My friend isreally happy with it.

    Title: Good thermal insulation, but not for sound deadening
    Review: This product is pretty nice for the cost. The adhesive is surprising good. When you first time you feel it, it doesn’t seem like it’s very strong, but it sticks very well. The paper comes off fairly well, but tears easily, so you might need to pick it apart a little bit.This material is really designed for temperature insulation and not noise insulation. I wanted to try it out after seeing so many reviews about using it for sound insulation, so I bought 5 rolls to apply to my Geo Metro. I laid down some vibration dampener first and then did complete coverage on the floor from the firewall to the trunk. I had about 70% of one roll left, so a normal sized was will probably require 6 or more rolls.I had doubts about using this for sound control because it is just a foam material; there is no weight to this product, so blocking any low frequency sound was out of the question (road noise, exhaust or tire noise). If you paired this product with something like MLV, you might get good results, but this material is a 1/4 inch thick, so you wouldn’t have room to apply it with another barrier.The result? There was a reduction in wind noise, but the exhaust and general road noise were unaffected. I still think this is a quality product, but you need to make sure you’re using it for the right application. I knocked a star because it was marketed as a sound deadening material.If you want good sound control, I would suggest using 25% coverage with a vibration dampening material (Dynamat, fatmat) and then 100% coverage with a two-in-one closed cell foam and MLV product like Second Skin Luxury Liner Pro.

    Title: Worked Awesome to Replace the A/C Heat Protection on my 1990 Bronco
    Review: I replaced the engine in my 1990 Ford Bronco in Late 2024. During the install, I needed to replace the worn our heat insulation that covers and protects the AC condenser from the heat of the engine. The old material was similar to that of this product. I purchased this material and was able to cut and stick this product perfectly where it was needed in the engine compartment. It was easy to work with and the adhesive is super strong. It should last for many years! Great product!

    Review: Have not installed yet but not straight on the ends so will have to cut in straight just to start and it is ALREADY Short??? 4 and 3 inches both ways??? A Good company will ALWAYS give you a little extra for your projects, so tells me a LOT about this company…..Looks like a decent product, thick and seams tough enough, but very badly wrinkled on foil side, came folded not in a roll as any Good company does with anything that needs to be flat as the manufacturer intended!!! Rating not based on performance. Now the rating about some of the performance. The sticky side is NOT very sticky and the adheasive part comes right off so won’t stay down. where I used it I tucked under areas where I could and that helped also I use several layers and that helped keep it down. Works very well for sound deadening just needs better adheasive and on a roll as their Pictured Ad Shows, NOT Folded!!!

    Title: Great quality sound dampening insulation! Worked perfectly in my van conversion!
    Review: I was referred to this product through the vanlife Facebook group. This is my third purchase of this product for use in my camper van. It is cheaper than the square sound dampening panels that you roll to adhere. And these have the added benefit of being insulative. I converted a minivan and used this on all the outer wall surfaces and in my trunk space before adding another layer of Havelock wool insulation. I noticed an effect right away after I had gutted the interior of my van down to the bare metal. Hardly any road noise and no ‘jingling’ could be heard while driving even prior to building out the interior. Definitely recommend for all my fellow van-lifers! One tip… make sure you wear gloves when applying this. The adhesive is super strong it’s a pain to remove it from your bare skin!

    Review: If you are working on an older car, little plastic tabs and fasteners are going to break. All the time. This is a great set to have on hand when that happens, and if there is not an exact match among the many fastener types, you are likely to find something close enough to get the job done. The tools work well, and the metal angled mini pry bar is particularly useful. The only improvement I would make would be to include a fourth open tray to hold the tools and larger fasteners that don’t fit in the cubbies. Overall quality seems very good so far (i.e. nothing I have attached with these has fallen off my car).

    Review: As you’ve no doubt noticed, there are a million of these types of rearview mirror clip-ons out there, and many of those heavily TV advertised ones are not necessarily very good (just check the reviews).I took a chance on this ICBEAMER 11.8″ 300 mm Easy Clip on Universal Fit mirror, and it was a cinch to attach no issues at all. Yes, it does provide a wider view, but not as wide as many of the claims might suggest for these after-market clip-on mirrors. I still find myself having to turn my head left or right to make sure nobody is coming up alongside of me on the road. But yes, it provides a wider view to be sure – just not as much as you may assume.Also, to stop glare (in particular at nighttime), the mirror has a coating that prevents brightness. However, if you are using your mirror to back-up at nighttime (especially with older vehicles that do not have back-up cameras on the rear), you may not be able to see much at all due to this coating on the clip-on mirror. My wife was complaining about this because she has a 2007 model vehicle and at nighttime, trying to use the mirror to back up in the dark – well, good luck on that one.Having said all of that, this is one of the better after-market clip-on mirrors can you can purchase, and you can’t go wrong with this one. It’s quite attractive, is packaged well, and is nicely constructed – not to mention very easy to install.As usually, your mileage may vary – we’re all different. I’m going to buy a 2nd one for my vehicle, which is a 2002 model Ford Explorer Sport Trac.

    Title: The smallest wide angle mirror is still too big
    Review: My brand new 2024 Tesla Model 3 (highland refresh) has horrible visibility out the back. The mirror is too small and narrow. I was looking for something to widen the field of view without having to install anything too big or bulky. There are TONS of options out there if you want a huge 12″+ mirror but very little options for smaller ones. The Tesla mirror is 7″ on the bottom and 8″ on the top. When I found this 9.4″ mirror I figured it would have to do as I couldn’t’ find anything smaller. It still feels too big. I couldn’t get it to attach very securely and it blocked the interior camera which means Full Self Driving will not work (although I probably won’t use that after the trial is over). The mirror is a little dim even for the clear tint but way better than the “blue” models I’ve tested from other manufactures. The viewing angle is great, much improved. I just wish this mirror was smaller so I could get it to fit in my car better. Sadly I will be returning this as it’s just not usable. If they came out with a new model that was 8″ – 8.5″ wide and half the height ,it would probably be perfect and I would buy it right away.
