His preliminary hearing is set to begin on July 6. That hearing will determine if there is enough evidence to bring Robinson to trial.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Graf ruled earlier this week that a former roommate of Robinson&#8217;s <span class=\"link\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/charlie-kirk-murder-suspect-ex-roommate-cant-testify\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\">will not have to testify<\/a><\/span> in person during the preliminary hearing, which will be <span class=\"link\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/charlie-kirk-murder-suspect-tyler-robinson-hearing-public-judge-rules\/\"
