U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro filed a <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.dcd.291781\/gov.uscourts.dcd.291781.10.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">memorandum<\/a> making the request and included new photos of Allen with his weapons.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<span class=\"link\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/white-house-correspondents-dinner-shooting-suspect-cole-allen\/\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\">suspected gunman<\/a><\/span>\u00a0in the\u00a0<span class=\"link\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/live-updates\/trump-evacuated-white-house-correspondents-dinner-security-incident\/\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\">shooting at the White House Correspondents&#8217; Dinner<\/a><\/span>\u00a0was charged Monday in federal court with three counts including attempting to assassinate the president.
