In one example cited in the complaint, Est\u00e9e Lauder shows side-by-side photos of a perfume sold by Walmart called &#8220;Intense Peach&#8221; next to a Tom Ford fragrance called &#8220;Bitter Peach.&#8221; Both items come in orange packaging.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e9e Lauder and Walmart did not immediately respond to requests for comment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In the lawsuit, Est\u00e9e Lauder also alleged that the retailer was aware that it was selling items on Walmart.com that infringed on its trademarked products and that the company does &#8220;very little&#8221; to ensure that the products it sells online are authentic.<\/p>\n<p>The suit alleges Walmart sold counterfeit versions of the following Est\u00e9e Lauder products:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aveda hairbrushes<\/li>\n<li>Clinique skin creams<\/li>\n<li>La Mer lotions\/moisturizers<\/li>\n<li>Le Labo fragrances<\/li>\n<li>Tom Ford fragrances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Est\u00e9e Lauder is seeking monetary damages and demanding that Walmart
