It still needed to complete nearly 7,000 more takeoffs and landings. It was last examined in October 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It appears UPS was conducting this maintenance within the required time frame, but I&#8217;m sure the FAA is now going to ponder whether that time frame is adequate,&#8221; aviation safety expert Jeff Guzzetti told The Associated Press after reading the report.<\/p>\n<p>A series of photos released by the NTSB show the left engine coming off the UPS plane and flying up and over the wing. If so, how do we repair it? How do we put it back together? And then eventually return the fleet to service. But that&#8217;s not going to happen quickly.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The NTSB previously recovered evidence including the plane&#8217;s\u00a0<span class=\"link\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/ups-plane-crash-louisville-kentucky\/\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\">black boxes<\/a><\/span>. UPS said it has <span class=\"link\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/kentucky-ups-crash-planes-grounded-md-11-boeing-fedex\/\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\">grounded its fleet of MD-11s<\/a><\/span> and is using other aircraft during the busy holiday season.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg identified all the victims on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/LouisvilleMayor\/status\/1988678134351200437\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">social media<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Here is the full list of victims:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Angela      Anderson, 45<\/li>\n<li>Carlos      Fernandez, 52<\/li>\n<li>Louisnes      Fedon, 47\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Kimberly      Asa, 3\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Trinadette      &#8220;Trina&#8221; Chavez, 37<\/li>\n<li>Tony Crain,      65<\/li>\n<li>John Loucks,      52<\/li>\n<li>John Spray,      45<\/li>\n<li>Matthew      Sweets, 37<\/li>\n<li>Ella Petty      Whorton, 31<\/li>\n<li>Megan      Washburn, 35<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Greenberg said that Kimberly Asa was Fedon&#8217;s granddaughter. Their family told\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wlky.com\/article\/victims-identify-ups-plane-crash-louisville\/69296958\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">CBS affiliate WLKY<\/a>\u00a0that the two were &#8220;best friends&#8221; and inseparable. Three of the victims were employees of\u00a0<span class=\"link\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/ups-plane-crash-louisville-witnesses-react\/\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\">Grade A
