A video was posted alongside the message showing the steps needed to contact the intelligence agency.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A strict U.S. embargo and sanctions seeking to put pressure on <span class=\"link\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/raul-castro-indicted-us-cuba\/\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\">Cuba&#8217;s<\/a><\/span>\u00a0communist government have led to prices of basic goods skyrocketing and decreased access to medical care for its citizens. We&#8217;ll have one of them stop about 50 yards off the coast. They&#8217;ll raise up their hands, and then we&#8217;re going to send Marco Rubio in to finish up the deal.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Cuba&#8217;s government has pushed back, with Foreign Minister Bruno Rodr\u00edguez Parrilla <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/BrunoRguezP\/status\/2113728840379855147?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">responding Friday on X<\/a>, saying: &#8220;We reject any threats
