Tropical storm warnings in effect from Louisiana to Texas

Tropical storm warnings were in effect from Louisiana to Texas on Monday as thunderstorms built off of a tropical depression around 100 miles off the Gulf Coast. Jason Allen reports and Rob Marciano has the forecast.
