National Guard shooting suspect charged with murder, held without bond

The suspect in last week’s shooting of two National Guard members in Washington, D.C., has been charged with murder and assault with intent to kill while armed. Rahmanullah Lakanwal, 29, appeared in a hearing from his hospital bed and was ordered held without bond.
