Cases dismissed against James Comey, Letitia James in major defeat for Trump administration

A federal judge dismissed the cases against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James. The judge ruled the prosecutor who filed the cases – former Trump White House aide Lindsey Halligan – was unlawfully serving in the post. Both Comey and James denied the allegations against them.
