King tides cause flooding, damage to Southern California homes

Damaging floods continued to hit the Southern California coastline on Tuesday. Unusually high tides flooded the streets of Los Angeles, while residents in Orange County’s Newport Beach reported seawater rising more than 8 feet. Carter Evans reports.
