Lindsay Clancy’s attorney argues for the first time that there’s no evidence she killed her kids

Lindsay Clancy was back in court on Tuesday, her first appearance since a mistrial was declared earlier this month. Clancy’s attorney argued for the first time that there is no evidence that Clancy killed her three small children, something he did not dispute in her first trial. Shanelle Kaul reports.
