White Sage essential oil differs from other sage oils (Clary, Dalmatian, etc.) in scent and and usage. The dominant constituent in White Sage oil is Cineole (Eucalyptol) which gives this particular oil a piney or herbal Eucalyptus like aroma. This is also a different scent than burning dried white sage leaves (smudge).
A fresh, cooling, herbal scent that can be used as an alternative to burning sage for cleansing or purification rituals. Also great to balance the mind as a meditative and relaxing oil when diffused or used with a carrier oil and massaged into the skin.
