Title: This looks great and we’re very happy with our purchase
Review: We have new cabinets and i REALLY love that they included the option to either screw in the hardware or mount it with an included full magnet. The magnet is strong and works well.I like the way this looks. Its functional, yet looks nice, too. I like how its not huge, either. I would suggest paying attention to how you rip off the paper towels (to the right or left) if you’re using the screws and centering it, so you’re not pulling the roll off when you tear off a piece or two witb one hand. The magnet would be good to help determine that, before permanently mounting it, too. The only thing to be aware of is that a few of these newer huge jumbo sized rolls don’t fit until you have used some of the paper towels. Im not talking about the ones that have mainly been out for the past several years. Its some new ones we’re just running into now that are having this issue. Most fit, but occasionally, we get one from a wholesale club where we have to use it for a little before putting it up.Overall, it’s easy to install, looks very nice, and we are very happy with it. It is sturdy and easy to use. It definitely seems to be a great value for the money we spent. Installation was very easy. We used the magnet and dont plan on using the screws. I would recommend getting it to anyone.This goes under cabinets quite easily. I can imagine, if the bend was down, it might be able to go vertically on a surface, but you’ll have to look at it closer to be sure.

The thin metal construction is lightweight and feels cheap, making it unsuitable for a household with teens or others who may not handle it gently. It’s simply not sturdy enough to withstand regular use, and I doubt it would last long in a busy kitchen or high-traffic area.While it’s easy to install, the durability just isn’t there. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed this trend more and more with products on Amazon—items that look great online but fail to meet expectations in quality. This was yet another example of a product that didn’t live up to the reviews or descriptions. I’ll be looking elsewhere for a more reliable option.

Title: Strong but useless
Review: I can very much vouch for the strength of the adhesive as it destroyed my wall instead of unsticking, after just 5 minutes of being installed.But the set screw really sucked, did not go in far enough to hold the arm in place, maybe defective unit, will find out when I get a replacement.

Title: Flimsy, not level, cheap paint.
Review: I leveled the base perfectly, but because the rod is flimsy and low-quality, it angles down even without the weight of a towel roll on it. The paint is cheap and muddy, not very bright gold. It works though and the holes are in my wall, so I’m keeping it.
