Title: Nice, better than traditional ice trays!
Review: Very useful and convenient! Easier than normal ice trays and easier to get the ice out! Push button and ice goes right into the bin. No more flying ice cubes when cracking like normal trays.

Title: Not Easy to empty ice from tray
Review: What a disappointment! Ice tray work fine and you can freeze water to make small ice cubes. The problem is removing the ice using the lid, bin and ejector button as shown. First of all, it is not as easy as the video portrays. The ice tray would constantly fall into the ice bin when trying to use the ejector button to dump ice into the bin. I think this is due to the corner where the ejector button, ice tray and bin are aligned. I noticed the corner does not have a support so when using the ejector button the corner gets pressed down to the point that the tray falls into the bin. Not a good design here…. My daughter chipped her finger nail when the tray and lid caved in. Luckily the entire thing didn’t break on her.If you can get the ice tray to stay put, you have to apply heavy pressure to remove the ice. All the ice does not come out and you would have to repeat the process several times with ice tray falling into the bin between attempts. Ice trays are not as flexible as shown in the video when removing ice using the ejector button. Its pretty rigid when frozen. I guess that would account for why the tray falls into the bin when using the ejector button. What I have found to work is to perform a series of forceful taps on the ejector button to dislodge the ice. When this didn’t work to remove all the ice, the good old twisting of the ice tray would loosen the ice enough for you to manually dump the ice in to the bin.

Title: Ice tray caves in when pushing button
Review: I like the size of the cubes it makes and I like the concept of this design. However, it doesnât execute quite right. The green plastic rim piece and ice tray often collapse into the bottom bin when I press the button on the lid to push out the cubes. It happens to frequently and is super frustrating so I find myself just twisting the trays anyway and dumping the ice out by hand

Title: Nice but poor lid design
Review: I like the small ice cubes and it takes up very little space in my freezer, but the lid is an issue. It really doesn’t lock into place so when I grabbed the container with one hand the ice was all over my floor.

Title: They really are ice âcubes.â
Review: I loved the idea of smaller ice cubes and was influenced to try this out. Surprisingly, I love it. It is really easy to use – sometimes I need to press the release several times. The size of the cube is perfect for my gym water bottle. Iâm not sure this is a good alternative for a family of users unless they were vigilant about filling and emptying the trays. Iâd buy this again.

Title: Meh
Review: Concept is great, product is not. The ice strays stack nicely so thatâs a plus. But can we talk about the container? The lid is AWFUL. You fill it then firmly grab the container and the lid pops off in such a way that you fumble the container and drop it. What a lovely mess of ice all over your kitchen and a waste of precious cubes. Also the lid likes to collapse when you try to release the ice. The tub itself gets really wet and slippery while itâs on the counter waiting to be filled so that aids in the fumbling. Please make a better lid. Iâve seen that common complaint about this product yet here we are. Would not recommend this anyone unless they want to wake their entire family at 5 am when the full wonky bin yeets from their hands onto the hardwood floor. Oh yeah my kitchen is over the bedrooms so that gave it an extra layer of fun.Fix the lid.

Title: Buyer Beware
Review: We got this because we wanted to be able to make ice and store it and just have a continuous flow of ice. After a few weeks of use we started to notice that the lid was starting to sink into the lip of the tray holder where you push the button to release the ice. The issue with this is there is not an easy way to hold onto it now due to the lid shifting. We have spilled the ice on numerous occasions now due to this flaw and it is starting to get annoying. We Gabe up on using the button like the intended use we not have to crack the trays like you would a normal ice cube tray and really the only thing that the product is useful for now is a container to put salsa in or to keep the lid off and put the bin in the freezer, but you can achieve the same outcome with a $5 bin from Walmart. I was expecting more with the price.

Review: The main ice cubes container and lid are made of thin plastic and warped after being washed prior to using. It is now useless to me as the ice trays will no longer fit on the rim! Very disappointing!
