Review: I am so happy with my purchase of this wonderful chopper. Being a senior I often have difficulties doing certain tasks. And this lovely chopper has my potatoes chopped and ready to boil in just a few brief minutes. A great time saver and saves my hands and wrists. I highly recommend this wonderful chopper no matter your age. I haven’t used all the attachments yet. So as I use it more I will come back and edit my review with any pertinent information. I also like how it has the bottom to keep your vegetables contained while chopping and slicing. Its very sharp and it’s easy to change out the different plates. So far it’s very durable. And makes it easy to cut or slice a variety of vegetables.

Title: A Great Chopper
Review: I chopped three whole peppers and two onions in less than a minute into perfect cubes. What a time saver! Very easy to clean. Stores nicely under my counter. Well built – heavy duty. Very satisfied and highly recommend. The only recommendation I have to the manufacturer is to add an additional chopping blade with even larger openings to easily make French fries (like Mueller’s).

Title: Stepped Up my fruit and veggie game
Review: I’m a newer plant based eater and meal pepper (10 months), but the amount of work it takes is dreadful. I didn’t have high hopes for this gadget but figured it was worth a shot. I have ADHD so I’m easily scattered and have little patience. This did have a little bit of a learning curve but it truly has made my life so much easier. (If I didn’t tell myself it has to be washed between every different food item, it’d be even easier!) I’ve been able to more easily batch prep veggies to be ready to cook for various meals throughout the week (onions, cabbage, zucchini, potatoes, bell peppers), make big pots of soups, incorporate apples into oatmeal, and more. I have high hopes that this will enable me to incorporate more variety of plants and encourage me to be more adventurous in my recipe choices.The removable plate at the top with the push out makes cleaning much easier as does the removable blade pieces. It is sharp and surprisingly the whole gadget is strong. Unbelievably i haven’t cut myself yet.I have another mandolin/slicer I like a little better but it’s a good backup and has more options than my other one should I ever want to shred or julienne.

Title: Super sharp – watch your fingers!
Review: I have had a similar chopper for maybe 15 or more years. It held up beautifully but this one caught my eye and I thought since I upgraded my kitchen I could upgrade my chopper.There is a warning on it that says it’s super sharp. I am an experienced cook. The other one I had worked very well but I had to press on it a little harder, even though this one does still require quite a bit of pressing for even a medium sliced red onion. However it is precise, and the warning was correct. It is sharp. Insanely sharp. Super, super sharp. Within 5 minutes even as careful as I was, I cut one finger and then while trying to wash it which I’m really not sure how I’m supposed to wash it without hurting myself, I sliced my other finger open.Haven’t decided if I’m going to keep this. It’s very nice, but it’s definitely a concern. Plus, I like my fingers.It does what it says, even with the warning!So, if you’re looking for something super sharp, this is it.
