Testimony is expected to resume at 1 p.m. today.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On Wednesday, former FBI Special Agent Wade Lee said that in an interview, Davis denied knowing who killed Shakur. Davis told investigators that he was angry about a brawl involving his nephew, Orlando Anderson, but that he wanted to retaliate in Compton, not Las Vegas, Lee testified.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The second witness, former Los Angeles Police Detective Daryn Dupree, said that he was assigned to the task force investigating the 1997 murder of rapper Christopher Wallace, also known Biggie Smalls and the Notorious B.I.G.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">LIVE UPDATES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Revisiting conversation Davis said he had with Puffy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Says Puffy had Navy Seals as security. Davis telling them he\u2019s up on everything. Davis telling them he\u2019s violent without smoking weed. Long convo about not being able to trust people. Cross examination from defense attorney Michael Sanft. Admits they were targeting Davis as a drug dealer &amp; he was helping feds. Sanft shows him documents from 7\/10\/08, 9\/10\/07, 4\/3\/08 re: communication with feds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Words exchanged. Physical fight broke out. Trevon Lane was there. Trevon Lane had Death Row Records chain, taking that considered disrespectful. Police came to get situation under control. Anderson was \u201clooking out for all of us.\u201d Duane \u2018Keffe D\u2019 Davis known as a hustler. Grew up around there. Getting money on a higher level. \u201cHe was on a bigger level.\u201d Narcotics. Not a 9-5pm job.
