The 32-year-old athlete\u2019s middle name is Cornelious.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cPlaintiff has come to discover the Defendant Doe Cornelius who raped her was Defendant Odell,\u201d the lawsuit alleges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The new allegations were lodged as part of Parham\u2019s suit against Combs in the Northern District of California.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A text and email sent to an agent who represents Beckham was not immediately returned Sunday night. A Post reporter was hung up on when calling a number for the agent, Zeke Sandhu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A lawyer for Beckham did not return comment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The athlete himself later took to X to dismiss the allegations Monday afternoon \u2014 saying he was nowhere near Orinda, CA at the time the alleged assault occurred nor has he ever visited the area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cI really can\u2019t even believe that my name is mentioned in that matter,\u201d he said of the lawsuit. \u201cThere is absolutely no truth to those allegations. I do not know and have never met the person that filed the suit.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cI have never done anything like that, and I would never do anything like that to anyone,\u201d he added of the rape allegations. \u201cI\u2019m confident that these ridiculous claims against me will be dismissed.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Another high-profile name added to the amended lawsuit Friday was comedian and actor Druski, whose real name is Drew Desbordes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The 30-year-old was also accused in the suit of participating in the gang rape, but strongly denied the accusations and said he was \u201cfully confident\u201d he would be found innocent in a statement Sunday night.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cThis allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn\u2019t even a public figure in 2018 \u2013 I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish,\u201d he wrote on X.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cMy heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I\u2019m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In response to Druski\u2019s statement, Beckham Jr., 32, tweeted: \u201cBoy I\u2019ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno who am I , I kno who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. S\u2013ts stupid\u201d.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Druski is accused of putting oil on the alleged victim Parham\u2019s naked body before \u201ctreating it like a slip and slide and knocking the wind out of [Parham] due to his enormous size,\u201d the lawsuit claims.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">He then stopped himself from falling off the bed and allegedly raped Parham, the lawsuit states.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Combs\u2019 attorneys have vehemently denied the accusations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cThis new complaint \u2014 brought by an attorney who has already been sued for defaming Mr. Combs \u2014 demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday. Mr. Combs was nowhere near Orinda, California on the day Ms. Parham claims she was assaulted there, and the Contra Costa Sheriff\u2019s Department has already confirmed Ms. Parham\u2019s claims were determined to be unfounded following a thorough investigation,\u201d the singer\u2019s legal team said in a statement to The Post.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cIn an attempt to salvage her claims following the investigation debunking them, Ms. Parham has now invented an even wilder narrative, alleging a vast (and facially implausible) conspiracy between law enforcement, local civilians, and media industry players,\u201d they continued.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cMr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies \u2014 and the perverse motives of those who told them \u2014 will be revealed.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The legal action was first brought in October by Parham against Combs, who has faced an avalanche of civil suits with sickening sexual allegations and has been hit with federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and fraud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The rapper allegedly used a television remote to rape Parham in a bid for revenge after Parham said the month before she believed Combs had something to do with Tupac\u2019s murder, according to the lawsuit.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Combs has denied all wrongdoing. S: NY Post<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Odell Beckham Jr. released a formal statement on Monday in response to being named in the amended sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cI have been informed of the allegations about me in a suit in CA,\u201d the statement reads. \u201cI really can\u2019t even believe that my name is mentioned in that matter.
