In fact, he may be the only person currently in a United States jail for being any sort of John, and certainly the only person in jail for hiring adult male escorts for him and his girlfriend.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"underline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hiphopdx.com\/news\/diddy-denied-bail-following-split-verdict\/?from=artist-22699\">Diddy was previously denied bail<\/a> after being cleared of the most serious charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Arun Subramanian who cited the record executive\u2019s history of violent behavior turned down the bail bid citing Diddy\u2019s record of violent behavior.<\/p>\n<p>Sentencing is currently scheduled for October 3.<\/p>\n<p>In the aftermath of the verdict, Cassie filed a letter to the court arguing that Diddy posed a danger to the community if he was allowed out on bail.<\/p>\n<p>Her attorney Douglas Wigdor wrote: \u201cMs Ventura believes that Mr Combs is likely to pose a danger to the victims who testified in this case, including herself, as well as to the community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After the judge made the decision to refuse Diddy bail, the rapper and producer could be heard saying to his family: \u201cI\u2019ll see you when I get out. We\u2019re going to get through this.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>Diddy continues to face countless civil lawsuits from both men and women accusing him of sexual assault. He has repeatedly and vehemently denied any and all accusations of sexual misconduct.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"underline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hiphopdx.com\/news\/50-cent-mocks-diddy-choice-enter-rehab-again\/\">It was also recently revealed that Diddy had made the decision to enter rehab again<\/a> with the program seeking to prevent domestic violence.<\/p>\n<p>The music mogul has also enrolled in a separate drug abuse program with the trial revealing the extent of Diddy\u2019s drug abuse as well as numerous accounts of violence towards women.<\/p>\n<p>It is not uncommon for convicts to enter programs in a bid to reduce their sentencing.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<script async
