During the hearing, photos of the injuries Cassie allegedly suffered at the hands of Diddy during their 10-year relationship were shown, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2025\/05\/19\/cassie-injury-photos-evidence-diddy-trial\/?adid=social-tw\" target=\"_blank\">TMZ<\/a> reports. The images can be seen below. One photo shows Diddy&#8217;s ex with a busted lip. In another picture, a large laceration can be seen over her eye. Another photo shows a fist-sized bruise on Cassie&#8217;s lower back.<\/p>\n<h4>Read More: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xxlmag.com\/diddy-freak-off-party-details\/\" target=\"_blank\">So What Went Down at a Diddy Freak Off Party?<\/a><\/h4>\n<h3>Dawn Richard Testifies Against Diddy<\/h3>\n<p>Former Danity Kane singer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/dawnrichard\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\">Dawn Richard<\/a>, who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xxlmag.com\/dawn-richard-lawsuit-diddy-shocking-allegations\/\" target=\"_blank\">sued Diddy last September<\/a>\u00a0for sexual assault, sexual harassment, gender discrimination, hostile work environment, forced labor and more, continued her testimony on Monday. She testified about seeing Diddy abuse Cassie, according to <em><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/innercitypress\" target=\"_blank\">Inner City Press<\/a>, <\/em>one of the few news outlets covering the case live from the courtroom. Richard told the jury she witnessed Diddy hit Cassie on multiple occasions &#8220;when [Cassie] would speak up for herself.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Richard testified that Diddy would hit Cassie in her &#8220;knees, face, all over&#8221; and that Diddy&#8217;s bodyguards D-Roc and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xxlmag.com\/diddy-bodyguard-cassie-punching-face\/\" target=\"_blank\">Roger Bonds<\/a> had also witnessed the treatment. Morgan told the jury that she was friends with Cassie from 2001 to 2018, but stopped being friends with the former singer &#8220;because her boyfriend assaulted me,&#8221; pointing out Diddy as the culprit.<\/p>\n<p>Diddy assaulted Cassie on multiple occasions, Morgan said.\u00a0During one incident in Jamaica, Diddy attacked Cassie, causing her to flee into a wooded area. Another time, Diddy came looking for Cassie at Morgan&#8217;s apartment and beat on the door with a hammer. Police later arrived but Cassie refused to give them her information, Morgan testified.<\/p>\n<p>Morgan later expounded on her incident with Diddy, claiming he hit her with a coat hanger and choked her after expressing concern about who Cassie was cheating on him with. Today&#8217;s hearing ended with the start of testimony from Diddy&#8217;s former personal assistant, David James.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.xxlmag.com\/cassie-testifies-against-diddy\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cassie took the stand <\/a>during the trial last week. During her four days of testimony, she told the jury she suffered through years of abuse from Diddy and was forced to participate in &#8220;hundreds&#8221; of freak offs, alleged drug-fueled sex parties featuring escorts orchestrated by Diddy, through violence and blackmail.<\/p>\n<p>Diddy has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xxlmag.com\/diddy-pleads-not-guilty-sex-trafficking-racketeering\/\" target=\"_blank\">pleaded not guilty<\/a> to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.
