However, the judge granted her a payout of\u00a0$123,243.10.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.xxlmag.com\/blueface-sued-soulja-boy-child-mother-sex-baby-shower\/\" target=\"_blank\">Martinez originally sued Blueface<\/a>, born Jonathan Porter, in December of 2023 after the rapper claimed during an online argument with Soulja Boy that he had sex with her the day before <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xxlmag.com\/soulja-boy-announces-first-child\/\" target=\"_blank\">her baby shower<\/a> with SB.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;What&#8217;s old about your BM sucking my d**k?&#8221; Blueface questioned during the back-and-forth. &#8220;Ni**a, I f**ked your baby mama the day before your baby shower,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p>Blue also claimed he might be the father of Soulja&#8217;s kid. Martinez admits to having sex with Blueface one time in 2018 but claims his baby shower comments defamed her and her child. Her\u00a0legal team sent Blue a cease and desist letter, but he reportedly responded on social media by posting, &#8220;Nobody ever said your name &#8230; I don&#8217;t even know who you are.&#8221; Martinez says she later began getting death threats.<\/p>\n<p>Blueface is currently dealing with other legal issues. He is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xxlmag.com\/blueface-sentenced-four-years-prison\/\" target=\"_blank\">serving a four-year sentence<\/a> for violating his probation. The Los Angeles rapper is eligible for parole in December of 2025.<\/p>\n<p><em>XXL<\/em> has reached out to Blueface&#8217;s team for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Soulja Boy is facing his own\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.xxlmag.com\/soulja-boy-testimony-rape-trial\/\" target=\"_blank\">legal issues<\/a>.
