Viverito is currently testifying in a gang murder hearing and was ordered by a judge not to be shown on camera. However, Thug reposted a photo of Viverito on X along with the caption, &#8220;Biggest liar in the DA office.&#8221; Subsequently, Viverito&#8217;s home address and her parents&#8217; home address were posted online by people on social media and she was also the target of death threats, the filing reads. Thug&#8217;s post has since been deleted.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The State urges this Court to take swift and decisive action by revoking the Defendant&#8217;s probation and remanding them into custody without delay,&#8221; the filling continues.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors claim this is not an isolated incident and part of a &#8220;calculated campaign of intimidation, harassment and misinformation designed to undermine the legal process.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h4>Read More:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.xxlmag.com\/young-thug-marissa-viverito-liar\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0In Bold Statement, Young Thug Targets Atlanta Police Department Investigator as a Liar<\/a><\/h4>\n<h3>Young Thug Responds to Motion<\/h3>\n<p>Young Thug appeared to respond to the new motion on social media on Wednesday night. &#8220;I don\u2019t make treats to people I\u2019m a good person, I would never condone anyone threatening anyone or definitely participate in threatening anyone,&#8221; Thugger wrote on X. &#8220;I\u2019m all about peace and love.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Young Thug&#8217;s attorney, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xxlmag.com\/young-thug-lawyer-brian-steel\/\" target=\"_blank\">Brian Steel<\/a>, has also commented on the motion. &#8220;It is never appropriate to threaten to murder another person,&#8221; he told local Atlanta news station <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsbtv.com\/news\/local\/atlanta\/fulton-county-prosecutors-ask-have-young-thugs-probation-revoked\/7G6WTTWASBD6RLIZ53HQWTNZZY\/\" target=\"_blank\">WSB-TV.<\/a> &#8220;The prosecution\u2019s motion to revoke Jeffery\u2019s probation should not be well-received and should be swiftly rejected. It is irresponsible to file a motion of this sort when Jeffery has done absolutely nothing&#8230;to violate any condition of probation or threaten a witness.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Last October, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xxlmag.com\/young-thug-senteced-ysl-rico-trial\/\" target=\"_blank\">Young Thug was sentenced<\/a> to 40 years, with five to service, but commuted to time served with 15 years of probation, followed by backloaded 20 years after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xxlmag.com\/young-thug-pleads-guilty-ysl-rico-case\/\" target=\"_blank\">pleading guilty<\/a> in the YSL RICO case.
