Gunna Covers His YSL Tattoo, Young Thug Has Interesting Reaction

Gunna has covered up his YSL tattoo, and the move has triggered an interesting response from Young Thug.

Gunna Covers YSL Tatt

On May 17, Gunna shared a new post on Instagram. The post, which can be seen below, features a carousel of photos, with multiple shirtless workout pics. One selfie shows that Gunna’s once-prominent YSL tattoo has been covered up with flames. The photo of the covered-up ink adds to speculation that Gunna and Young Thug are no longer seeing eye-to-eye after Wunna took a plea deal in the YSL RICO case back in 2022.

Young Thug Reacts to Gunna’s Covered Up YSL Tattoo

On Monday (May 19), Thugger got wind of Gunna covering up his YSL tattoo and responded with a comment on Instagram.

“I mean… he said it must end lol,” Thugger wrote.

Thug seems to be referencing Gunna’s statements in court during his plea deal in the YSL RICO case back in December of 2022, where Gunna denounced YSL after confirming the group is a violent street gang.

Since Gunna was released, there has been speculation that his plea rubbed Thug the wrong way, despite Gunna and his attorney being adamant that the plea did not affect Thug’s case. Thug has been mum for the most part, only adding to the speculation, though Thug’s father has been in Gunna’s corner.

During a recent interview with GQ, Thug was asked about the status of his relationship with Gunna.

“I know everybody wonder about it,” Thug responded. “I don’t know.”
