T.I. Invests to Advance Creator Ownership in AI.

pocstock, a media and AI-data company at the intersection of culture, content and artificial intelligence, today announced an investment from Grammy Award-winning rapper, actor, entrepreneur and investor Tip “T.I.” Harris.

Harris has long championed creators’ intellectual property rights. His vision aligns with pocstock’s mission to ensure creators retain ownership, receive fair value and help shape technologies drawing from their work and culture.

“Our goal is to help build a more responsible and representative data layer for AI while bringing creator communities along as the technology evolves,” said Steve Jones, co-founder and CEO of pocstock. “We want people of color participating as producers, owners and economic contributors—not simply consumers. Success for pocstock means creating pathways for creators and helping young people around the world develop skills, protect their work and generate value from the content and cultural impact they create. If AI is going to accurately represent us, it should learn about us directly from us.”

The data used to develop AI raises questions about consent, licensing, cultural representation and creator compensation. pocstock provides brands and technology companies with rights-cleared, culturally informed content and data while helping creators maintain agency over how their work and culture are used and participate in the value created.

Harris’ involvement is limited to his role as an investor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
