Hip Hop Congress Meeting

Star giving a presentation on the founders of Hip Hop. Dj Cool Herc, Grandmaster Flash etc. These founding fathers ideas and values influence the way things are taught about hip hop and hip hop congress trys to keep the ideas and values alive. The norms of Hip Hop Congress are followed by all members. If these norms are not followed, it is pretty much expected that you dont come to Hip Hop Congress events and meetings. Hip Hop Congress is a soical culture group that promotes the culture of real hip hop in all art forms, not just music, but language, art, and dance as well.
