Next Level Hip Hop Reception
Hip Hop Diplomacy hit the Ambassador’s residence last night with an impromptu concert by a group hip hop artists from Next Level who will hold workshops in Phnom Penh for young people to learn about dance, music and art.
About 60 young Cambodians will meet with the artists to learn new skills in Dancing, Beatmaking, Rapping/MCing, and Graffiti.
Next Level is sponsored by the U.S. Embassy in conjunction with the State Department’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
