Last item that needed attention was replacing a power window switch illumination bulb that required removal of the door panel. The OEM clips held the panel tight and several broke during the panel removal despite my best efforts. Was in a jamb and when I saw that I could have these clips delivered the next day I placed the order. Clips arrived on time and the packaging was intact. Upon initial examination the clips appeared to be identical to the factory installed clips, but once I attempted to install them the differences became clear. These clips are not as robust as the OEM clips and upon close inspection you can see that they have been thinned down. The male end of the clips will not reliably stay in the door panel during the installation process and must be retained with tape or mastic to keep them from falling out. Once they are inserted into the female receiving end of the clip, they do not have the holding power of the factory clips and are easily pulled out.
