Works perfect<br \/><b>Review:<\/b> I have a 2003. I changed the plugs to NKG spark plugs. The laser cut plugs iridium. Definitely how to recommend?. Then I decided to buy these. I was going to buy the NKG but I just can&#8217;t stomach the cost so I bought these. I don&#8217;t know if they make a difference. I just do things for pre-meditative maintenance. I don&#8217;t think the plugs need to be fixed and I don&#8217;t think these need to be really replaced but I just did it. They seem to work good. My element is basically a new car with all the pre-meted maintenance I have done over the past couple years. Everything&#8217;s new but these are definitely very nice. Good quality and they seem to work perfect for a fraction of the cost. I ordered this one along with an off-brand cheapie to keep in trunk in case another one goes bad and also to have as a tester.  What I can tell you is the quality of this one is much better than the cheapie at only $11 more so I do recommend delphi over cheap no name brands.
