Most people’s brake fluid doesn’t get changed nearly often enough – so if your fluid isn’t already black as sin or worse yet green (!!!!), then check it with this to ensure the water content isn’t too high. It’s a no brainer. It’s worked well with every make and money I’ve tried it on so far – from BMW to Mercedez Benz to Nissan and Hyundai, Toyota, Honda, Chevy, and Ford. Great product!

    Review: No datasheet was provided, would have been nice to have a mechanical drawing of the cutout size needed for panel mount. Not a huge issue, created my panel mount design and 3-D printed a panel for use with a LiFePo battery. Well constructed. Snap action cover is a nice feature. The provided wiring with an in-line fuse I’ve found to be inadequately sized for continuous 10A operation (in the past the fuse holder melted). I suggest using 14 or 12-gauge wiring with a user-provided blade fuse holder.

    Review: These companies need to be wiped off the face of the Earth. They do us no good and only put the worst possible things on this site anymore from the chinese companies that push out the worst quality things imaginable. This for one did not fit when it lists my car only if I broke all of the clips in my HVAC system would it. Two it literally smells so bad I almost puked. I am so done wasting my time and money on this crap anymore and you cant even go inside stores to buy stuff because they wont have it there either or will tell you to get it online anyway. We are now slaves to this worthless low quality crap and we can’t do anything about it besides eradicating the world of companies such as this one and the majority that sell here on amazon.     Review: Does not fit. Filter says that it would fit my car. It was my fault for delaying the install therefore I missed return window. So I had no choice but to use the filter. The install: I was able to force it in by breaking and smashing the filter’s stiff edges. Once installed, unable to place the cover back on because filter is larger than the OEM. Also, the chemical aromas would make one nauseous.

    Review: I installed these on my 91 Toyota 4×4 truck. The height of the sprayer is to short to spray above the wiper blades. I will have to find a thicker rubber to cut a gasket that will hopefully spray the upper portion of my windshield. 2 stars because installation was quick and looks cleaner when installed.

    Review: I only needed the elbow like most, bought the car used and notice exhaust smell at stops and a foul odor. Dealer detailed car in winter, water was left i the battery compartment which led me to find the hose hanging beside the battery.Looked at what my options are after some research about this and pull the elbow fitting off the item and installed.No exhaust smell at stop or idle, guessing hose allowed it into the cabin and an ozone treatment from the dealer fixed the rest of the smell.Works great! I knocked off stars for the point I just needed the elbow but I guess it’s best to have the hose incase the other was faulty.

    Review: These works great now that they are on. They’re were no instructions with them so installing them was tricky. I had to use IRWIN QUICK-GRIP Woodworking Clamps to get them installed but its pretty straight forward. Friends had an old Atlantis 1600 they were going to toss out because the hinges failed. This fixed the issue now I have cargo box for the cost of two hinges.

    Review: Had both of my hinges break on a cross country road trip and replaced theses when I got home. I can assure you that the lid will not fall off if these are broken. They only hold the lid open. I used Kreg KHC3 Kreg Wood Project Clamp to press these on but I imagine a C clamp would do it. I tried to hammer these on but that didn’t work for me.

    Review: Getting the old, broken one off was easy. As others have mentioned it’s challenging to get it back on. However, if you heat up the plastic a little bit – I used my grill lighter – it snaps on easily. No need for channel locks or any other hand tools. Hope this helps others in more easily repairing their Thule roof boxes.

    Review: I’ve read many interesting reviews regarding attaching this product. For my thule ski box it was simply using a 3mm Allen to remove the bolts that held the ball end hardware from the internal crossmember. Then you can simply pop out the ball from the broken hinge with visegrips (on a work bench or wherever). Press the new ones in with a C-clamp (very simple with minimal pressure). Use the 3mm Allen bolt to reattach. Done. The boxes must vary. I had no reason to put a clamp on my box lid, or heat the plastic to press the ball end in.
