Title: Great suit but the size chart is way off
Review: Dont go by the sizes listed in the chart. I would suggest go by your shirt size (for males) Im 5’9″ 180 lbs, i have a somewhat stocky build wide shoulders, my waist is 32′ . I purchased the large and i just got into it pulling it over my shoulders with a little struggle. the legs are a little long but they have elastic you can easily tuck it in. i believe if i went by the chart I would have gotten a small and never fit into it. i was able to get a sweat shirt underneath but not a larger jacket without a struggle. other than that its great. feels like full nylon and the elastic pulls in nicely around the waist , hood, cuffs and ankles. not sure how long it last , I only paint once in a while. Cant go wrong with the price.

Review: Material is nice with good breatability. Like the hood, I sometimes find hair can get into paint without one. Seems like it will be durable, but probably possible to tear it out while removing if not careful.Excellent product and highly recommended.XL fits 6ft 190lbs with a comfortable amount of room. The fitting chart seems way off, I just went with my usual tshirt size and it fits great.

Title: Easy to apply, works well for motorcycles
Review: This film was really easy to apply with a spray bottle of water and a good quality flexible squeegee (make sure to use distilled or reverse osmosis water to avoid hard water residue). The material was easy to conform to the compound curve of my motorcycle gas tank. Also there was enough stretch that I could peel up and reposition the sheet easily. It looks much more discreet than an adhesive tank pad, almost impossible to see the film except in direct sunlight. The edges have not peeled up in hot weather or when washing the bike. A little expensive for the amount of material, but it’s worth it for the quality product. For the front of the whole bike or a car, probably more economical to go to a shop. But definitely recommended for discreet protection of relatively small areas like the back part of the tank or the side panels you always hit with your boot. Probably very useful for scratch protection around the house too. Recommended.

Title: Not for the faint of heart
Review: I’m sure it’s a fine product and works well with a proper installation, but I had no luck getting this to work right on my headlights. If you don’t have the patience for doing things that are tedious and frustrating, this is not for you and I recommend having a professional install it. It would be easy to placed on lights that are mostly flat and rectangular, but modem car headlights with more complex shapes are significantly more challenging to wrap without getting several wrinkles and air pockets. My headlights have a sharp crease line in them that made it almost impossible to stretch over. Even with heat applied and numerous reapplications with wet film, it simply would not adhere smoothly and I had to give up. My headlights are also very large and took 99% of the roll to completely cover and even then the width is only barely wide enough for them – this leaves NO room for mistakes. And mistakes are easy when you’re working with a giant curled up rectangle of adhesive vinyl… this stuff wants to curl and stick to itself constantly and it’s hard to peel apart again. If you’re working with huge pieces like I had to, I almost recommend having a second person to hold the other end of the sheet for you so it can stretch from all 4 corners. That might make applying it easier too. I don’t want to knock the product itself too much because I can tell it’s high quality vinyl. The parts that did stick properly were nice and clear and it was easy to squeegee out the moisture. I recommend buying a softer silicone or rubber squeegee though, as the provided plastic one seems really sharp. Overall, this is not a simple product to install if you have complex headlights. It takes a ton of patience, some handy skills, and extreme delicacy to do it right. I’m not really sure it’s worth the frustration for a few years of protection that a good spray-on clear coat might be able to compete with.

Title: To do a good job, this product requires a lot of patience
Review: I purchased this to supplement the purchase of another 3M paint protection vinyl product; a pre-cut body panel kit for a recently purchased 2017 dually pickup. The leading edge of dually fenders really get banged up with rocks, so I wanted the paint protected before I racked up too many miles. I used this 12″ universal roll to fill in the gaps that the pre-cut kit didn’t cover, including going all the way down to the bottom of the fender. To do a good job, this product requires a lot of patience, and the need to use home-made application mixtures per the instructions. I ended up with some bubbles, which is hard to avoid, but with a syringe, was able to remove the air pockets so the clear film would lay flat. After several hours of work, including thoroughly cleaning the surface, the final results are excellent. Virtually invisible, and will prevent the fenders from getting those ugly chips for a long time. This is a high quality product.

Title: Used this to replace a damaged stone guard on dually fender.
Review: I damaged a fender on my dually pickup. When I had it repaired, the body shop wanted over $100 to purchase and install the factory stone guard panel. I purchased the 3M material and made a paper template from the undamaged stone guard on the opposite fender. I flipped the template and traced it onto the 3M film so it would be the correct shape. I waited a few weeks for the paint to cure, thoroughly cleaned the area of the fender with soap, rinsed, then cleaned with alcohol. Used a baby shampoo spray solution for application. Took maybe 5 minutes to clean, prep, position and squeegee. Still looks great (can hardly tell it is there) several months later. This was a much cheaper solution.

Review: This stuff sucks. I’ve used 3M vinyl wraps before for cars and this is nothing like it. Total waste of money. Water and squeege method works ok, but this stuff does not stretch or go with contours of a car/bike. Basically a giant phone screen protector. Big flop.

Review: I actually used this on my car’s interior center console, where I’m worried the center console might get scratched.First: For the price, I don’t think this is enough material; It’s only 12”x12” and doesn’t cover much. Second: it is difficult to apply without any bubbles or visible imperfections under it. I cleaned the surface thoroughly before applying the film and made sure there was no dust or debris under it. Maybe this is not the intended application – maybe it would go on better if it was covering the exterior paint or something, so take this comment with a grain of salt.

Review: The actual clear coat seems to be pretty great. However if you are a first time user like myself don’t leave the mixed clear coal on the pot overnight like I did : )I thought I could clear 2 coats and 2 more the next day but in the morning the stuff was all hard in the pot. So now I had to order more and it takes forever to arrive. Unfortunately I had already sanded the panels to be ready for more clear coat as well ha ha just to find out I don’t have any usable clear coat.So for the first timers, don’t make my mistake. Only mix the amount you’ll need.

Review: I used the whole (1.5qts) can. I sprayed 3 coats with 10 and 25 between coats. You need to use between 40-50psi other wise you ll get alot of orange peel. Looks good let’s see how long it will last.

Title: Sprays good, hardens like it should.
Review: Used this over some Nason basecoat to match paint on a junkyard door. I sprayed out of a HF hvlp gun in 78 degree temp, 57 percent humidity and got a near near factory finish with this clear. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I don’t know about longevity of product out in the sun. Overall would recommend.
