Review: I’ve used this product for years with Rust-Oleum paint products and I’ve never experienced any issues or problems. The primer can be sanded, bonds extremely well and helps to really extend the life of the applied paint product.I would certainly recommend this primer and encourage anyone using Rust-Oleum industrial paint/coating products to give it a try.
