Title: Paint came well packaged and worked as expected
Review: Great for touchups, paint was easy to open, had a brush built in as well as an extra separate brush. Paint was “fresh” and applied easily.

Title: Good metallic touch-up paint, although color slightly off
Review: My car has been getting dinged up quite a bit, and with the weather getting wetter out, I needed to seal up some cracks to avoid rusting. Matched my color code with this product, and for the most part it does the job. The color is more accurate when applying it to the car, but once dried (and it dries very quickly!) it does appear a shade or two darker, compared to the regular paint. I am not that picky, and at a distance, in the right lighting, it is forgivable. At some point I will need an actual paint job for my car, but this product is sufficient for a quick fix.

Title: Good color match, 4 year shelf life, thin
Review: I was initially worried since the clear parts of the bottle showed considerably yellowed paint (like it’d gone bad), even after shaking for many minutes (sounds like there’s a shaker/mixing ball in there), but the actual paint ended up being fine, a nice crisp white that’s pretty close to my original paint. I guess the layer coating the bottle interior did something funky.YMMV due to environmental factors of your car’s paint (age, fading from sun/UV exposure, etc).Stated 4 year shelf life, along with a listed production date (mine was 10/2024).Rather thin viscosity, at least relative to regular house paint since I have no idea what OEM car paint is like, so apply less than you initially think – you can always do another coat later.

Title: The magic is in the prep work.
Review: Find a YouTube video or something on how to apply corrective paint because it’s definitely not as easy as just taking this stuff out of the tube and applying it like makeup. There’s a lot of buffing and polishing to make it look right. The 5/5 stars is because the paint is truly an exact match. But here’s where you have to be careful because it may still not match with your color.first, the age of your car can fade the paint. In this case, you can blend it with your paint by spreading it out far from the repair area.the amount of washing/waxing can also fade the paint of your car. basically if you haven’t been waxing, your car’s paint can become dull. Polishing your car before applying the paint can help with this.after applying the paint, let it dry and buff the heck out of it. if the paint chips off because of the buffing, try sanding the area before applying the paint. use a very, very fine sandpaper for this. You may also want to apply a clearcoat after buffing to get it looking like the original.I wish it were as simple as just brushing the paint on, but the universe simply says no to making things easy.

Title: Color match is great, but no room for error
Review: I used it on small nicks here and there and the color was pretty spot on, and the only reason I gave it four stars. However, it can take multiple applications to become more flush – and you must do it perfectly as there is no room for error, especially on darker vehicles. I can easily see where I did the touchups if I look closely. From a distance you can’t tell unless the sun hits it right.I am not sure if there’s a better way to apply it other than having different brushes for more precise application. Once it’s on don’t rub, it’ll smear. I keep my vehicle in the garage and cannot speak to how long it lasts.I believe it’s an ok option if you’re able to apply precisely and have small areas to touch up. However, I do not think this is a good option for larger or longer areas as it doesn’t fill in and settle well. Once dry it’s somewhat rough to the touch.
