Title: Better Than K&N
Review: For all of the hype that comes with “premium” or “Sport” filters, I assure you that depending on your car it’s all snake oil. I’m a major believer in upgrading car parts. I ordered a K&N for my Ford Explorer 2013 Limited, and what ended up happening is my MPG dropped tremendously! I’m not a fast driver, I use cruise control more than anything, and it was a horrible purchase. I then bought this one and my MPG increased back to what it was. I’m now getting close to 400 miles on a full tank compared to the 300 to 350 I was getting with the K&N.Now, my Explorer is in excellent condition, well maintained, all maintenance done when they are due.This filter is strong, larger than the K&N, air flow is strong and noticeable, installation was very easy, you just need to completely removed the filter cover instead of moving it to the side in order to make this fit!This is a great buy indeed, don’t waste your money on expensive filters, don’t believe the hype of the offerings that they claim, don’t fall into the well organized marketing…This is indeed an amazing filter, much better than the OEM filter and much better than the expensive ones as well.

Title: Fits my 2015 Lincoln MKX, easy to install too!
Review: You’ll need a screwdriver to put this in but it only takes a few minutes – The Lincoln dealership would have charged me $70 to put this Filter in but buying it on Amazon for under $10 and installing it myself saved me some money! The Cabin Filter is easy to install also and I got it here for $8 it goes behind the glove box. YouTube has video’s on how to install any filter, I highly recommend the FRAM Extra Guard filter!

Title: Just like any other Fram Filter
Review: Bought this Fram filter for my car. It’s a good filter and was cheaper than buying it at Walmart and of course a chain auto parts store. Easy to install if you know your car. If you don’t know how to install YouTube probably has an installation video for just about every car ever produced so save yourself the time and money and learn how to do it yourself.

Review: This is a perfect fit for Taurus-X vehicles. The filter is exactly the same size and fit as the OEM one. I usually replace them once a year. (8000km) Whenever i replace them, i always use compressed air to blow away from the old filter debris and dust. I am amazed at the quantity of very small dust these filters can contain. I noticed too that the pleats are changing colors, turning from white to grey -yellow color. This gives me an indication that the finer dust particles are getting trapped in the filter. There is probably better air filters out there but changing these Fram filters every years well before the maintenance schedule is good preventive maintenance.On the last 2 pictures, look at how much less sunlight passes through the old filter after 10000km compared to the new filter on the left. This is mostly due to very fine dust embedded in the filter media. This filter does it’s job.*FYI; the last filter i purchased is made In USA* Thats an extra motivation imo to buy these Fram’s products, no Chinese copycat with them!
