The spout tube and the spout cap are threaded, and the spout cap has a rubber sealing ring inside. Tighten the spout cap after use. There will be no oil overflow even in the case of transportation or the tank is down.
Flexible & Durable
Gas can spouts are excellent and flexible! You can fuel without using a funnel, and there was no leaking or dripping, even with flexing and pressure on the spout.

Title: Makes gas cans work right!
Review: Dump those leaky difficult to use gas can spouts! Works fine on Blitz gas cans. Other make cans you might have to save the original screw on ring. Did not fit an old school metal can. Much easier to use than those spring loaded spouts and can be just as leakproof if you donât lose the spout caps. They arent tethered like the snap in vent caps but should be.

Title: Awesome kit!
Review: I canât speak to how the plastic nozzles will hold up over time, as Iâve just installed these nozzles on 3 of my fuel cans. Just bought a second kit as I have many more to convert over from the horrible safety nozzles with no vent. Glug glug glug!! This kit comes with everything you need to do it, even a drill bit for installing the vents! And two different style caps that fit most fuel cans so very universal. So far no leaks but like I said we will have to see how they hold up over time. But for the price and convenience you canât beat it!!

Title: Good product
Review: Worked good. Was able to put back into use a number of old gas cans that spouts had failed on. Only concern is the black rubber washer for spout is smaller than original and has to be careful centered and tightened or it will leak and pop out.

Title: Replacement Nozzles and Threaded Caps That Fit.
Review: The quality of the nozzles and caps (two different threaded caps to fit fine or course threaded container fill spouts) are a great replacement for older five-gallon fuel containers. The added bonus with this kit incorporates vent caps AND a correct-sized drill. NOTE: Some older fuel containers do not have an air vent. Current fuel containers were drilled at least 1 1/2 to 2 inches above the fuel full line on each EMPTY container (enables removal of drill shavings). The new vent cap easily pressed into the drilled hole with the help of a scrap piece of plywood, gasket material, whatever works by placing over the vent assembly then pressing the vent through the drilled hole (saves wear and tear on bare thumbs)

Title: The caps donât screw onto the spouts.
Review: The caps were too small to fit onto the spouts. So I used just the vent plugs in three cans but two days later the caps had all split spilling gas when I moved the can around. So this kit proved to be totally useless.

Title: Everything You Need!
Review: A great kit to let you get rid of those wretched new âsafetyâ nozzles on your gas cans! Even gives you the drill bit to put the proper sized hole in for the air hole covers. Look on YouTube and see how to pull out the stupid filter in the can neck, put the air hole covers on, and put your new old fashioned spigots on!! Sometimes the old way is a lot better than the new way and this kit will get you there.

Title: LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
Review: Finally, a way out of the junky clunky “safety spouts” that I never seemed to need for the first 40 years of my life!I can now dispense fuel without being penalized for being part of a race that needs to bring along the dumbest 5% of the species that can’t figure out how to not be stupid with gasoline cans.From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the makers of this fine product!

Title: useful for one size of spout
Review: although different threads are offered, only one size (diameter). Did not fit the larger diameter spout connections. that is why I deducted a star.
