Review: It was my first time using Carpro Products. I was super curious about the products they seel and I have to say: HYDRO2 LITE IS THE BEST PRODUCT!!!Hydro2 Lite is a really great product. A simple spray on rinse off that only takes 2-3 sprays per panel. I love how the product leave a nice, gloss finish around my veichle giving atleast 3 months of protection!!! Review: This is my second bottle and it’s easy to apply and leaves a hydrophobic layer on your vehicle or rims. Jus spray on and wash off. Water beads like you jus ceramic your vehicle or rims. All though you can’t beat true ceramic coating.

Title: Can dry a little funny if not careful
Review: This product worked really well on my grey metallic car but does not work well on black. I did the same method for both but it left really bad streaks on the hood. Not sure if that was a heat issue even though the car was cold. Weather did heat up though.

Title: Must have for mobile detailers
Review: If you’re a mobile detailer like me you must have this! I bought this as an alternative to my car pro reload sealant I used on a regular and wow. Not only does it save a ton of time, but it’s easy to use just shake it up and mist it on whatever you want this applied to which is anything and rinse off. As you can tell by the photos these are 2 cars I detailed right after I bought this product. You don’t need much of it at all! Some people stated you need a lot and no you don’t. You literally just mist on a panel and your done. But buyers beware rinse this product throughly and you MUST USE a pressure washer. I just don’t think a garden hose is enough for this which is why some people might run into issues when applying.

Review: I started by soaking the wheels with P & S PROFESSIONAL DETAIL PRODUCTS – Brake Buster, then tackled the front grill using Meguiar’s D107 Citrus Power Cleaner Plus. After rinsing both thoroughly, I applied the Carpro Hydrolite 2 silica sealant to my car and wheels this afternoon. Honestly, the wheels look brand new, and the front grill is absolutely gorgeous!

Review: First time using one of these spray and rinse off products so it blew my mind really. I spray on and rinse immediately and the water just beads away. I wouldn’t say it gives as good of a finish as a proper wax but for how quick and easy it is it’s great. I got through 3/4 of the bottle on just a mini so quite expensive but I think I could use way less as I kind of got carried away with it.

Title: Excellent product that delivers great results
Review: My car care experience started in the Rain Dance/Simoniz era of the 70s, where all you knew was hours of hard labor. Wax on wax off, rub rub rub, get another towel, check it again oh crud there’s still more wax to remove, you know the drill. Fast forward to the modern era… I ventured into using clay bars about a decade ago, a spray detailer/clay bar kit from Mothers impulse buy at Walmart. I repurchased the same product a couple of times and though was happy with it I felt it was time to try something new.The reviews on this product were enough to tip me away from Mothers and the results are tremendously different. Application and usage is generally the same with all of these products. Mist an area, rub with light pressure back and forth. Microfiber towel dry. Smash the bar and flatten. Repeat.I could tell a *noticeable* difference in the feel of the car surface but I wasn’t sure it was real or my imagination. I was planning to wax both cars so I did a quick test. I had some Mothers left over so I used that on the hood of one car and Chemical Guys on the other. Sure as heck it was different! The CG application felt smoother and more glossy. I did another test gently gliding a clean and dry microfiber towel across both surfaces. The Mothers surface glide did ok but had some resistance. The CG surface glide resulted in the towel sliding right off the hood and onto the floor! I’m sold!I use Meguiar’s NXT Generation Tech Spray Wax 2.0. I know… it’s not ceramic but for me it’s easy without the PTSD memories of the 70s. Just wipe a very thin layer on and let ‘er dry. It worked great over the top of the CG clay bar application. Easy on and easy off. The results are amazing. Both cars just sparkle!The best part was that I did both cars (Outback and Forester) in about 4 hours, and most of that time was waiting for the wax to dry. And I’m not wiped out! With less labor and a reasonable time commitment, I find that I wax the cars more than once a year.Anyway… thanks for reading my review this far. Title: Excellent Clay for new-ish paint and glass
Review: Fantastic product, BUT you MUST know how to use it. So many negative reviews are “user error”, because this stuff requires skill and a lot of patience (not to mention an arm/shoulder workout).The clay is the perfect composition, easy enough to work, but it doesn’t break up or disintegrate even with aggressively working at my windshield (I wouldn’t work that hard on the paint).I have not tried the “heavier” versions as I have a newer vehicle and the paint is well maintained (my family would say “obsessively” or “babied”), I just don’t know about the “black” one, you want the clay to have a color where you can see it is dirty.The luber is good, but just about any detail spray will work, just DON’T do a “quick wax” or “wash and wax” with clay, you gum up the clay and lock the contaminates into the paint instead of lifting them off. Not a fan of the bubble gum smell, but there are worse smells out there (I’m looking at you Turtle Wax).Clay has 2 purposes: 1. Full decontamination or 2. Spot removal of tar, sap, etc. I’ve used it for both now with great results. My most common use is removing tree sap from paint and glass without resorting to a harsh cleaner.After taking delivery of my new vehicle, I expected there to be some amount of “rail dust” and other contamination from the shipping process. I wasn’t wrong and this worked wonders.Before doing any kind of sealant on the paint, you want to make the clay bar part of this process: 1. Deep clean wash (something like “Clean Slate” or Dawn or a De-greaser), 2. Chemical decontamination with an iron remover, 3. Clay bar to mechanically remove any remaining contaminants. Finish up optionally with mechanical polishing (new car so I’ll do this next year), then a sealant, wax, or coating.Working with a clay bar: 1. Tear or cut off a small piece (1/4 of the bar) removing ANY plastic wrap, there are plastic sheets on BOTH sides of this bar, absolutely be sure it is gone and it is very sticky so this isn’t easy, 2. spray the clay and your fingers with the luber, 3. work the clay into a half dollar size disk, feel for any odd textures (pieces of plastic left over, I found one once), 4. spray luber on a 1-2 foot section of paint, 5. working in small circles over that section a couple of passes, add more luber as needed, it should ALWAYS be gliding across the paint or glass, never sticking or dragging, 6. wipe off with a microfiber towel and inspect visually and tactility it should be a tad shinier and be incredibly smooth, 7. the clay should now have some amount of discoloration (love the yellow color as it shows this VERY well), fold it over, knead it back into a disk so a clean surface shows again, go back to step 4 and repeat over the entire vehicle paint and glass. IF the clay has become dark to the point you can’t get a clean surface OR you have dropped it on the ground, DISCARD IT and get another piece. That last bit is critical, if the clay itself gets contaminated too much it will start to scratch the paint.

Title: Great to have in shop refinishing supplies
Review: Prep-All is a necessity in the shop for those projects needing painting and refinishing. I’m currently helping my son as he is restoring a 1948 Ford 8N tractor and he has me refinishing and painting parts and pieces of the tractor (hood, front grill, fenders and wheels and such). Prep-All will get those parts clean and free from any oils or contaminates before you start the painting process, and all of your hard work will not be in vain.

Review: These work awesome and are a must-have in my shop.They work exactly like the 3M pps cups and liners with no compromise.I have the 3M pps cups and liners as well and I see zero reason to get those again over these.These work just as well with no downsides at all so I will never pay double the price for the 3M brand ever again.Since these use disposable liners, there are no durability concerns as you just toss the liner and lid after one use.These fit the 3M pps adapters but you can also get much more affordable adapters at Harbor Freight for 1/4 of the price and those work exactly the same as well.I would 100% recommend these over the 3M brand as there is zero reason to pay 2x the price when this works exactly the same.

Review: In my opinion, the worst part of doing a paint project is the inevitable cleanup of the equipment to keep it in good working order. When I had a chance to order this, I was excited to see how much time it would save. I would say it cuts a solid 5-7 minutes of cleaning time per use, which could add up to half an hour each day depending on the products being sprayed in a day. So far, these are a keeper and will be ordering more to continue cutting cleanup time.

Review: Really a pretty good gun, atomizes well, disposable liners are wonderful. I used for General Finishes Milk Paint, so 2 mm cap, very lightly thinned, and extended, flow was excellent. Un thinned, though, would string out slightly, build up around side jets after extended spraying, but if there were a caveat to this, it should be noted that there are only 2 air channels in the body, as opposed to a removeable multiport distributor fitting at the nozzle, so it may be the result of turbulence at the cap, and sensitive clears like lacquer might be susceptible to stringing. Probably a non-issue for most, and I would guess a more experienced painter would be able to adjust it out. All told, it certainly punches above it’s weight, and is great value.

Review: This is a gallon of textured black truck bed coating. I have a little garden cart that was starting to rust a bit, so I put a new sheet of metal in the cart, then coated the interior with this product. It blended the sides and bottom of the cart together and made it look brand new. The inside of the cart has a rough texture and it will grip lightly, much like a Rhino Liner finish. It weather protects well. I’m looking forward to years of using my garden cart after refurbishing with this product. I’m very pleased with the product. I would order it and use it again.
