Title: Easy to Use and Helps to See
Review: For the price I couldn’t believe how good this works. I will say defintely watch the video on the product listing for help to install, it seems self-explanatory but there are improtant tips on how warm it needs to be, how long to wait and what to look for. It is very easy to install you just need the right conditions. I’d say each box is for one car and one use if you do front and back or even side windows. We have tried special wiper fluid but this is a more permanent solution. Not sure how often I will need to reapply this yet but the prices makes it tolerable. I will be doing this to all of our cars come Spring – so far I just did my teen son’s car since its older and he needs all the help he can get! I did not see any residue after using and it is helping with the snow and rain beading off his windshield.

Title: It is a top product to protect your car windows
Review: It is a great product and easy to apply.Some key aspects to be aware: It comes with four pouches and can be applied to two cars.Each pouch has a patch soaked into the product. You can apply the patch into the front windshield and on the two front-side windows. But, if the product is almost dry. Don’t try to spread on the window and let it dry like you did on the first application. This is because if you don’t apply generously, it will dry out quickly and will leave a haze. Or, you should buff the side windows quickly to not let the product dry-out and leave haze.I would say, apply generously on the front windshield and read window only with two pouches.I did apply for a Subaru Crosstrek Sport. (To have an idea, the side of the windshield and other windows)But considering, this is the best budget ceramic glass coat on the market today. You can use all four pouches and apply to all windows if you prefer. (maybe you can use three pouches and leave one to reapply the windshield later)For the price that you buy this kit, it is the best bang for the buck.

Title: Don’t trust the drying time
Review: I tried the CERAKOTE® Ceramic Glass Coat Protectant and while it does work well in terms of providing hydrophobic protection, there are some issues. The product itself repels water effectively, leaving my windshield clearer during rain. However, the drying time is too fast—before the recommended timer even ends, it starts drying up, making it hard to evenly apply. If you try to wait the full time for it to dry, it leaves behind stubborn residue that’s difficult to wipe off. While the performance is good, the drying process and cleanup make it frustrating to use. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re quick with application.

Title: Holy water beading! 10/10
Review: Let me start by saying how impressive the hydrophobic properties of this glass coating are—it’s truly remarkable. This appears to be the third version of their glass coating. The first version was a glass bottle coating mainly targeted at professional detailers. The second was a rapid ceramic spray-on, wipe-off coating that was decent but didn’t last long. Now, we have this version: a wipe-style application that incorporates a variation of their true inorganic ceramic formula, which has been excellent in their other products.I’ve tried many glass coatings before, with my previous favorite being Glaco Ultra, followed by Wolf’s Nano Sealant and Aquapel.A couple of things I would recommend: Cerakote could include more detailed instructions, especially on what to do if the installation isn’t perfect. In their video, they suggest waiting 5 minutes before leveling the coating. I followed that, but I found that the coating had cured a bit too much, making it harder to level than it should have been. I still managed to buff it out without issues, but the process is very dependent on humidity and weather. Definitely pay attention to the “sweating” phase. If it behaves like other sweating coatings, you’ll know it’s time to level it out once you see the sweating.Another suggestion is to prepare the windshield properly. The instructions mention cleaning the glass beforehand, but that’s not enough if there’s already a sealant on the surface. In my case, I had Wolf’s Nano Sealant on the glass, so I polished it off and followed up with an IPA wipe before applying this new coating.Now, let’s talk about the hydrophobic properties—water *really* does not like this coating. It just slides right off! I’ve never seen a glass coating perform like this before, and I’m excited to see how it handles in the rain. They don’t make any speed-related claims like Glaco Ultra, but I’m willing to bet water will start shedding off even at speeds as low as 30 mph.It’s still too early to say about durability since this coating is relatively new. However, it looks promising and seems likely to last through multiple seasons, just as they claim.Overall, I highly recommend this glass coating 10/10!

Title: CRAP!
Review: I followed the directions, it dried in minutes on my windshield and I COULD NOT WIPE/BUFF IT OFF! I tired everything to get it off the windshield on my new Sportage ( 913 miles ) but nothing worked. Finally I tried rubbing compound, it was the last resort, and that was the only thing that would get CRAP off my windows. LOTS of elbow grease and a few hours later, finally the CRAP was removed. Stay with RainX, every time you wash the car ( I only was my cars by hand ) Spray it on and wipe it off. Works GRTEAT. I tried to try something that would last for months, bad move…I would send it back but I used 3 of the 4 packets. Luckily I didi not use on the Corvette, Camaro or the Trans AM…The Paint Sealer seems to be working OK so far but time will tell. I’m dome with this company, to many options on the market to deal with CRAP!

Review: This is the third Cerakote produst that I’ve used. As with the two used previously the kit comes complete with everything you need to use the product. Once you’ve cleaned your windows this takes about 20 minutes to apply and buff out. Important to keep the finished vehicle dry for 24 hours prior to rain exposure. I’ve also used Cerakote’s paint and their Plastic Trim products with equally great results.

Review: I applied after watching the instructional video a couple of times. The repellant worked well initially, and I watched the rain roll off the windshield in the rain, especially at highway speeds. After a day’s worth of passes with the wipers, the repellant didn’t seem to work as well, and I found the wipers chattering because there was too much resistance. I looked up on YouTube for some reviews, and I found the product doesn’t hold up very well against the competitors. I’ll still use the product on my side and back windows.

Review: I watched the videos numerous times waited I set the timer for 5 min then tried the buff the haze away. The haze is gone but I’ve got nothing but spots on my windshield, I can’t remove the damn spots. I also did this in my building indoor parkade.I do not recommend this to anyone

Review: If you don’t mind paint bleeding onto the parts you masked off, then why did you mask them off? That just doesn’t make sense, you’re right! No one would do that. So why make a “masking tape” that doesn’t mask?! You wouldn’t! Ugh. In order to function with this purpose of masking, the tape must stick. Hey manufacturer, just start over and try again! This time, try adding some adhesive to the back, that would probably be the best starting point.

Review: Haven’t had a chance to do more than a cursory test with this tape, but it looks good. I say this as someone who has used a lot of automotive tape and tape for artists.The tape is easy to remove from the roll. The backing is thin, almost papery, which is what you want in an automotive tape. That and being low tack with little residue, if any. This tape looks promising and a quick test on clear coat showed that it lays down and lifts off easily. I wouldn’t keep it on a surface for a year, but for short term applications it should be fine.Will update with some in-use photos.

Title: Excellent for Auto, be careful using around the house.
Review: Six rolls of just shy of 3/4” wide painters’ tape (pretty narrow). The manufacturer advertises this as auto paint tape, and for that use it is an excellent choice. Good adhesion, easy removal, no bleed through, easy to adjust for curves and leaves no residue.For home painting, it is also great—I think it is equivalent to Frog tape and better than 3M painters’ tape, but less expensive (by a long shot). Excellent “tackiness”, minimal bleed through (even on textured walls). But be careful when using on freshly painted latex walls. I was lazy, didn’t apply a primer to the sheetrock, and tried to mask the newly painted walls two days later. Of course, removing the tape removed some of the paint. I can’t blame this on the tape, it was my fault for trying to take shortcuts.However, I can highly recommend this product—but I would suggest purchasing the wider tape and confirm in an inconspicuous location whether the tape will damage the finish. FYI, I went around and confirmed that the tape did not remove latex paint that had been properly applied and cured.I was lucky enough to evaluate this product for free, but this tape will be my go-to purchase next time I start a painting job.

Title: Makes vehicle touch up a breeze and give excellent results
Review: When you get rock chips and little dings in your vehicles paint these are what you need to touch it up with.Far superior to brushes which usually leave a glob of paint. Precise, easy to use and cost effective.Once you use these for touch up you will never use anything else. I got the insight on these from a PDR technician and he was right on, so much better results then a brush.

Title: Great disposable scratch paint sticks
Review: These varying size sticks worked well for a variety of scratches. If you’ve never used them they are not a ‘brush’ in the traditional sense, but rather have a short tuft of bristles encircling one end of a plastic stick. Looks more like a Q-tip than a brush. They work well to get small amounts of paint on your vehicle for further work, or other non-paint activity such as dielectric grease on to small electrical components. They are disposable so trying to clean them with acetone will leave you with a hairless plastic stick. They have a myriad of uses and glad I found them and recommend them. A single star removed due to the flimsy box and it being full. Be careful or you’ll find some spilling out – I keep a rubber band around my box.

Title: Very precise sizes
Review: I love these little brushes. They are solid tips with several different sizes. I often touch up rock paint chips on my Bronco Sport and these are very easy to use without getting too much paint where it’s not supposed to go. I highly recommend them instead of traditional bristle paint brushes.

Review: I ordered these brushes because they appeared from the picture to have a wide range of sizes. When we received them, there is little difference, if any, in the sizes. The purple one is pictured as very tiny, but it is very close to the same as the white if not larger. They do come in a nice box though. And we will keep them as they are useable where the largest size will do.

Title: Didn’t work for me
Review: Garbage product. I ordered this after reading a few gushing 5 star reviews and I was so excited to get my 13 year old city car (“pearl black” Acura) looking just a little less beat up. Somewhere at some point it got an unsightly 2 sq foot area of scratches on the front fender that was really bugging me whenever I saw it parked next to other vehicles because it made me look like a bum, even though it’s an otherwise good looking car and the design aged gracefully imo. Anyway, I tried using this product twice over the course of a couple weeks and it didn’t work. When it first goes on, it appears to work perfectly, but then it just gets washed off in the rain. Essentially just lipstick for the car. Maybe it will work for you / your car’s specific surface. I thought the directions were a little strange too, “Don’t use in the sun.” ??? Give me a breakA few weeks later I happened to be at an Auto Zone where I found a $17 Dupli-color paint pen that claimed to be an exact match paint for my make and model. It came with a small scraper, paint and clearcoat; it took me several hours to meticulously apply directly to/over hundreds of scratches and gashes on my front bumper. Now a few weeks since, the dupli color scratch fill paint is still sticking and doing a great job at masking the white plastic bumper that was peeking through before. The scratches/repairs are unnoticeable from 8-10ft+ away, though very obvious if standing right next to it. Still, it’s a big upgrade over having really obvious glaring white on black scratches, and I guess even given the sunken cost of $25 for this crappy little sponge thing and the $20 for the Autozone one, I managed to “mitigate” my scratch issue for $45 in the end. Review: I rarely write reviews for products purchased, let alone directly after using the product… But this stuff is AWESOME. I recently bought a used truck that is 5 years old. At the dealership, the truck was covered in dust. It looked like it hadn’t been washed in a few weeks. The salesman said, “with the recent rains… the lots guy just hasn’t gotten around to washing the truck”. I thought nothing of it (because it was a great truck at a great price) and purchased the truck. The lot guy did eventually wash the truck, before I drove it home. When I got home, I was really disappointed in the condition of the exterior of the truck. There were many surface scratches and swirl marks all over the truck. More so than would be expected in a 5 year old vehicle. Repainting was out of the question. I got an estimate from a detailing company for replenishing the paint job, which would remove some of the scratches and swirl marks, but at the cost of around $3000.00. I thought that is as much as a new paint job, which was out of the question. I went to the auto parts store and purchased Turtle Wax’s Scratch Remover… Tried it… and it failed miserably. Then I found “Carfidant’s Black Car Scratch Remover – Ultimate Scratch and Swirl Remover for Black and Dark Paints on Amazon, while shopping for a solution. My truck color is “Magnetic Gray Metallic”. This product did exactly what it says it does… The truck looks 100% better. It removed / hid / covered up… almost all of the scratches and swirl marks on the paint. You can barely see the deep scratches. I recommend this product whole heartedly. I will buy other products with the same brand name.

Review: I am an avid car detailing enthsuiast that has used and tested dozens of pro and “pro-sumer” ceramic coatings. The benefit of ceramic coating your car’s paint is huge and would encourage anyone to go through the process prepping and coating your car’s paint.As all the pros will tell you, the results you get will largely depend on the prep work you put in. This is no different with the Egoflex Graphene Ceramic coating. I compounded and polished before applying this coating (you should at the bare minimum, wash and clay). Application was super simple. The coating went on smooth and even. I was outside but not in direct sunlight on a 70F day. The coating flashed (appeared with a rainbow effect) in about 1-2 minutes just as the instructions stated.I leveled and buffed it off with the included two black microfiber towels and the result was a super slick finish. After two weeks, the finish is still super slick with tight beads.Easy to recommend this coating!

Title: First time with a ceramic coating
Review: I’m not real familiar with ceramic coatings as compared to wax; it’s very new to me. When I saw this I was surprised at the price, and when I received it, especially so, because the bottle is small! Apparently, I learned that ceramic coatings are generally pricey and this is competitive so there’s that. The whole reason I wanted to try this is because I have a 34 year old truck, which I’ve taken good care of, but it’s weathered, and my clear coat is bubbling up and flaking off. I can’t afford a new paint job, and that would be silly considering the age of the vehicle. So I was looking for something to at least protect it as best as possible. The hood of my truck is very oxidized, and trying to put wax on it just leaves ugly white streaks. I washed the truck and followed the instructions. That whole little bottle completely covered my truck with a little left over. I will use the rest to put a second coat on my hood. I really loved that I could apply it to my hood with no streaking like wax. It makes the still shiny parts of my truck very shiny too. I like that the kit came with the coating, gloves, two applicators, and two very soft cloths. I now see why there are two applicators. After finishing the job yesterday, I put the applicator I was using back in the box. When I got it out today, I noticed the applicator dried hard, meaning the coating dries hard like that, so it gives me hope that I did something significant to protect what paint I have left. There is some rain in the forecast, so it will be interesting to see how hydrophobic this ends up being.

Review: Was hoping for a more robust product but this appears to be another cheap Chinese solution. The coating does not offer much hydrophobic traits and the applicators are in contact with the rough cardboard packaging leaving fibers you don’t want in a bad being rubbed into your paint. Title: Silky smooth finish
Review: I keep my cars for a while before replacing them and I know the value of a good paint protection. I’ve always made sure to wax and add a protectant to keep my paint looking great. This is especially important in the southwest where the sun loves to destroy paint jobs. I was anxious to see if I would notice a difference. I washed and waxed my can and then proceeded to apply this ceramic coating section my section. Application is done by using the applicator to spread a light coat of this solution, wait a few minutes and wipe off with a buffing towel. Just remember, a little goes a long way. It does take some time for a complete car, just as waxing does. After all was complete, I did notice a difference in the feel of the paint, it was very smooth almost silky. All the water beaded up and fell off. Great so far. But I wanted to test for a bit more and the only way was to wait and wash a few times. After a few weeks and a few more washes, the coating is just as when I applied it. Normally my wax alone would start to wear off and no more water beading. This product is holding up. That’s a winner in my book. Well worth the cost for the protection it provides.

Review: I am meticulous about keeping our vehicles clean and maintained. Over the past few years, I have tried several brands of ceramic coatings and most have performed well.This EGOFLEX graphene ceramic seems like a good product. It is super simple to use… just make sure your vehicle is spotless before you apply it. Use the supplied applicator to apply the liquid coating and allow it to dry to a haze… about 5 to 7 minutes, and then hand buff it off with the supplied microfiber cloth.It didn’t take long to do my wife’s SUV yesterday and the shine is really good with no streaks or splotchy looking areas. We aren’t expecting any rain here for at least two weeks, so I can’t comment yet on the rain shedding abilities or how long the coating lasts, but I am optimistic.Tip: Don’t use too much of the coating… a little goes a long way. If you apply too much, you’ll spend more time buffing it off and could end up with streaks.

Title: Car got keyed but this product helped.
Review: My wife’s car got keyed in the left front quarter panel, driver door and left 2nd row door. Upon inspection 50% of the key damage was minor while the other 50% was relatively deep but not down to the base coat. This product worked better than I expected. The drill attachment worked very well and saved me a lot of elbow grease. Except for the deep scratch area on the driver door, the rest of the key damage was repaired to my delight. I thought about using some touch-up paint but I will let it go for a while because touch up paint can make it look worst. You can still see this scratch but it is not as visible before the repair. My only complaint is the compound bottle was only 4 fluid oz. Note that this product is appliable to medium deep scratches and NOT very deep scratches because you need a more abrasive compound which may risk going down to the paint. I recommend this medium scratch product as your first try.

Title: Works, but not as well as I’d hoped.
Review: I had a couple of small scratches on my motorcycle and I thought that this would be the product to take it out, after all, it came with a buffing pad and a formula that was designed for scratches. The good news is that it did take out the small surface scratches but one of the things that it mentions in the instructions is that it will not take out any scratch that you can remotely feel with your fingernail. The actual formula for this has extremely little aggregate in it and as a result, does not “buff” very well. I went over the somewhat deeper scratches a few times and it didnt really make the scratch “disappear”. So, it did work for the very light feathered scratches but anything else it really doesn’t work for.. the scratches will remain. I think that they could have made a slightly more aggressive formula but then they probably could not put on the label that it was safe for all finishes. Not a bad purchase but didn’t exactly live up to my hopes.

Title: It’s Not A Silver Bullet
Review: I’m not an expert detailer by any stretch of imagination just to give you some context. in my case, while it removed most of the scratches (light clear coat scratches) on the black Tesla Model Y, it did introduce swirl marks that’s visible at a certain angle…and for a perfectionist like me, that’s not acceptable. I actually needed Meguiar’s two other products: Ultimate Compound and Ultimate Polish; the former will remove the swirl marks but creates a very subtle haze that’s also apparent when light hits affected area by a certain angle..but once the latter is applied, it’s all good…again even with these 3 products don’t expect miracles…maybe the more effective results are reserved for Meguiar’s professional line of products… Also don’t bother with that drill attachment because IMO it just makes swirl marks worse…just use a regular foam applicator then buff out with a clean microfiber towel

Title: Works great on light to medium scratches
Review: This product worked exactly as advertised. My kids had left some very nasty scratches all around my car from scooters and bikes. I had very low expectations that this product would be able to help, not because of the product itself, but because of how deep many of the scratches were. But I tried it anyway.I spent about an hour carefully going over the whole car. I did two to three passes once I got the hang of how much pressure and speed to use on the drill. To my surprise most of the scratches became much less visible, the deeper ones too. I’d say it made the deep scratches 50% less visible and the lighter scratches about 80-90% less visible.I’d definitely recommend this product and will use it again for light to medium scratches.

Title: Worked better than expected
Review: I scraped the crud out of the side of my car on a plastic trash bin. It looked like someone keyed it. I was looking to buy an electric polisher to try buffing it out but this kit was on sale at Amazon so I thought I’d try the cheap route first. As you can hopefully see by the photos it worked remarkably well. There are still fine scratches in the clear coat because they were pretty deep to begin with, but after about an hour of applying and reapplying the polish plus some elbow grease the results are impressive. No one would notice them unless the light hit the car just right and you were looking for flaws. If I spent another hour I believe the scratches would mostly be gone. Such a relief! And there’s enough polish left for the next mishap.Re swirl marks some people experience, this will not work well unless your clear coat is in good shape/highly shiny to begin with. And of course wash the area well before applying otherwise the dirt will cause abrasions.

Review: Well I did a bit of a dumb in a very tight parking lot and finally scrapped against the concrete support beams. I figured I’d least give this a shot since it’s too cold right now to do a full repaint of the area, and for what the cost is it will at least get some of the smaller easier stuff out. I also could probably have spent some more time than I did on it and make it look a bit better too but again for what it costs and knowing that some of my scratches were deeper than it’s intended for it’s at least an improvement somewhat.

Review: Great stuff! See photos and I wish I had taken “before” shots. The black plastic was almost white certainly grey. I applied this stuff 3 days in a row. It’s been two weeks and it still looks great. I used a 1/2” artists brush and slathered it on the door handles and hood latches. It looked like a big dog sneezed on them. The next morning it was all absorbed into the plastic handles. They look like new!I know when you own a Jeep like this you’ll have to keep adding some sort of protection. But if it gets out of hand, this stuff will help you get things back in line.It was easy to apply and, easy to clean up.I highly recommend this product.A month later it looks GREAT! I bought a second container. We used it on my son’s Subaru CrossTrek and it worked terrific!

Title: It worked , and now my Suv bumper looks almost new.
Review: The bumper on my vehicle had sun faded to a dull, faded gray., every time I looked at it, I was annoyed. The rest of my car looked great, but the bumper was so noticeable, just a faded, dull gray that almost looked dirty. I cleaned the bumper well and dried it with a microfiber cloth. I allowed it to dry after wiping it down for approx. 20 minutes. I poured a small amount of the cream on and started rubbing in small circular motions, with my foam applicator. I moved across the bumper, making sure not to miss any spots. There was a significant difference after one coat of the cream, but the product labels stated it might take more than one coat; I used very little of the cream and did three coats, and now have a shining actual black bumper to go with the rest of my vehicle. I could not be happier, and I used very little of the product.

Review: Since purchasing my car brand new from the dealer in 2008, I’ve routinely used MEGUIAR’S G15812 Plastic Restorer to help maintain its like-new appearance. After each car wash and during the detailing phase, I apply this product to my rear OEM mud guards, window trim, and other black exterior body trim to help restore a nice luster and combat the inevitable sun fade resulting from punishing UV exposure. Usually, it takes AT LEAST a couple coats to achieve the look I desire… but a little drop or two does go a lot further than you might suspect. In other words, don’t get too overzealous when dispensing it or else you’ll just end up unnecessarily wasting excess product.Worth noting, though, is that while this product will bring back some color and shine to very dull, black trim, those results are not going to necessarily blow you away and they also do not tend to hold up very long. As some others reviewers have commented, a reapplication is usually necessary within just a few weeks. Further, this all depends upon the weather conditions in one’s specific living area.I think a lot of this has to do with the material composition of the trim material itself and is not necessarily a failing of this product. Most durable plastics and similar types of trim materials actually have color tinting mixed into their actual physical composition during the manufacturing process. Therefore, once that coloring eventually starts to fade, it’s quite difficult to restore it with a topical product like this plastic restorer because the color fade is actually happening WITHIN the molecular structure of the trim material and not just ON the surface of it. As an example, have you ever happened to come across one of those bright red high-density polyethylene (HDPE) portable gasoline containers (e.g., Midwest, Blitz, Chilton) commonly used by homeowners to fill their lawn equipment that’s subsequently managed to become sun faded to the point of becoming pinkish or even almost white in color from having been routinely stored outdoors? Well, no amount of polish, rubbing compound or other sort of topical treatment will ever be able to restore that container to its original, bright red color. That’s because damage has been done to the red color tinting WITHIN the high-density polyethylene material itself and not just to the exterior surface of the container.When I initially purchased this product, I thought I would be really wowed by the results. Instead, my reaction was just “meh, it’s alright.” In all fairness, I’ve also used Mothers® Back-to-Black® with a nearly identical overall experience.Seriously, with so much improved chemical engineering technology available nowadays, you’d think that it wouldn’t be all that difficult to manufacturer a product that could offer stellar plastic restoration results. It shouldn’t be all that difficult, right?Overall, I’m not completely dissatisfied with this product. It’s done a decent job of maintaining all the parts of my car I mentioned previously, but I do certainly wish that it could offer even better results.If I could find some other product that performed better, I’d have no hesitancy whatsoever about switching. But, for now, I simply choose to keep using this product because it’s relatively inexpensive… and anything is certainly better than having dull trim on my car’s otherwise pristine exterior.Interestingly, when I purchased my most recent bottle of this just a few months ago, I noticed that it now has a yellow sticker affixed to its front stating, “Now Even Longer Lasting!” Hmmm… Meguiar’s must have gotten the message loud and clear.

Review: I used this on my faded carbon fiber vinyl wrapped car roof, and it did everything that advertisement claimed, looks fantastic. It was extremely easy to use, wipe on & wiped off easy pizzy. Although, in order to get premium effect a light buffing with a dry micro fiber cloth does the trick. Just as advertised, this product does not streak after it gets wet, and truly lasts after several days of continuous rain, unlike Mothers’ Back to Black which streaks & runs off onto surrounding painted areas immediately after the covered surface gets wet. I will definitely continue use this very effective product.
