Title: A Really Good Set
Review: This is a very inexpensive and very cost-effective set. I used it to touch up a rock chip in my car. It works really well. It loads paint well but you have to be aware to do dabs on the area that you are painting. This is not a brush that you stroke with. This is a small brush. It is about the size of one and a half standard Q-tips. The description says that the brushes are disposable but I have found that you can clean the brushes with brush cleaner and wiped off with a paper towel. I was able to use them again afterwards. Chip repair requires patience. You put on a layer of paint, you wait half an hour ( it’s cold where I am right now and I don’t have a blow-dryer), and you add the next layer per the instructions of your touch-up kit. I really like these brushes. They are small enough to clean crevices in the car. I think I may be using them for a bunch of other things aside from touch-up.

Title: Fantastic Product
Review: I discovered after one trip on I95 in CT a rash of stone chips on my Stargazer Black Lexus. I’ve used small brushes in the past but I wanted to try a new product (better tool). The ATLIN 1.5mm touch up applicators not only did a great job but it exceeded my expectations to say the least. This is the ultimate tool to apply touch up paint!. I will be purchasing these for quite some time to come, I’m sure.

Review: I had a rock chip on my hood and used a touch up pen to repaint it. These work nice for small spots but the rock chip I had on my hood it didn’t have enough paint on it to cover. I just used the brush on the touch up pen.

Review: I have a Model Y (pearl white) and had a couple of small chip areas. Bought this one to try to cover them. However, it didn’t work at all. First, the color doesn’t match at all. It shows up easily. Second, the paint is not compatible with the original one, may be a little thin. Overall, it is not a good touch up paint for Tesla model y. Don’t buy it!

Most bad reviews are a result of how the rolls stick together, so I would HIGHLY recommend to the company to install a plastic disk between the rolls to keep them from sticking. That being said, this stuff works really well for masking off areas to be spray painted. It is easy to maneuver when taping off rounded contoured areas and leaves nice crisp lines.

Review: I do a lot of graphics which requires a lot of back masking. I can very easily see through this tape which is great. My only complaint is the tape leaves a lot of residue. Review: The tape rolls were all stuck together and barely salvageable however i was finally able to separate the rolls. The outer sides of the tape are excessively saturated in adhesive that can cause problems when masking i use lacquer thinner on a rag to wipe the excess adhesive from the sides of the tape rolls to see if they are usable.Doubtful i will be purchasing again

Title: Amazing tape, excellent product
Review: This tape is thin and very sticky, stayed on for days while I perfected a limewash wall. Even though there is plenty of product in this tack. I was able to reuse so in awkward areas/corners that needed more floor protection. I’m coming back to look for just tape because it is the absolute best.

Title: Thin plastic, but helpful in painting house
Review: This masking film has some pros and cons. Pros include the plastic wrap extends out quite a bit and has been great for covering windows or awkward spaces in bathroom. You do get quite a bit of coverage per roll as well and this package comes with multiple rolls. Cons includes the plastic being thin and easy to rip. Additionally the tape itself isn’t the best painters tape, so I’ve used Frog tape on edges that I need crips lines and then tape this film on top of the Frog tape. But that is essentially double the masking, therefore double the time. Overall it’s been a good product to use and has come in handy as I’ve been working through paint projects in my house.

Review: I’ve used 4 cans of this and the finish looks great and is very resilient when applied over High Carbon steel that has been sanded first. It has many many fine silver particles that give it the very nice silver appearance.I did have a problem with 1 can clogging immediately and another one started to shoot clumps of those silver particles. Amazon gives a link to Rust-Oleum customer service who was very helpful and got me replacements without any hassle.Definitely make sure to shake more than normal cans just to make sure to break up any clumps of those fine particles.

Review: I could not get a consistent finish out of this paint. Some areas were more glossy and some were more flat. Some areas were darker black than others.Maybe I got some cans that had been sitting in storage for years. Sometimes, the paint would stop spraying, even right after shaking. Gas would still be coming out, but no paint. Also, the paint was almost completely dry just a minute after spraying. When I used this same paint a couple of years ago, it did not dry that fast, and I got a much more consistent finish.On this current project, I’ve had two failed applications, and I have to sand again. This has become a huge waste of time and money.

Title: An actually decent Rustoleum paint!
Review: I used this to clean up thirty year old steel rims from a pickup truck that’s had a hard life. The sort of rims that came with chromed plastic hub covers that crumbled away fifteen years ago from sunlight and heat. The pics are of VERY battered rims. One can of this and one can of primer did up five wire-brush scrubbed rims (on the outside faces).Sprays smoothly. Covers wonderfully even with a ridiculously thin layer (when used over their self-etching gray primer, very good spray). This medium-dark metallic shade does pick up the blue sky to a high degree, even when covered over with the related clear spray, so it CAN hint at a metallic blue. It gives a good neutral transition amidst black hubs, charcoal tires, and chromed nuts and trim rings. Good for people who want to just plain clean up their old rims and avoid a clown-car look. New nuts help too.BTW: that Rustoleum self etching spray primer is also a gem. Very good at hiding scratches and rust pits without any sanding at all.

Review: I Carry out the entire process to paint the rims: 1st medium and fine sanding2nd: priming with primer of the same brand3er: 3 coats of Black gloss paint ( about entirely can for each 20″ wheel)4th: finish with 3 coats of clear or gloss.Conclution: The gloss black paint is rather opaque, the result is not excellent but acceptable, look good not glossy more mate that gloss even with 3 coats of clear gloss. Review: I haven’t yet had the opportunity to use this paint gun but I was an automotive painter 30 years ago and this paint gun has the look and feel of a quality gun. Since my old paint guns were designed for the heavier viscosity of the paints we used back in the day, they are not suitable for spraying a good finish with newer paints. I’m now what would be called a hobbyist painter and this paint gun should work very well at allowing me to spray any type paint that I will encounter while doing some restoration work. I only have one complaint and that is the finish on the gun body. It looks nice but is too soft and easy to scratch. I’m sure it therefore will wear off quickly. I would have preferred just a polished aluminum finish over whatever this coating is.

Title: Great gun, just get the large 2.0 or 2.5 fluid tips
Review: The overall machining of this gun is good quality, the grip is comfortable and the adjust ability is very good and the cap’s are full of orifices for atomizing material, the problem is the 1.3, 1.4 tips and needles may do well if the viscosity of the material being sprayed is thin as water and even the 1.8 is fairly small even for clear coat unless it’s overly thinned which means more successive coats to get a good build.I tried the smaller tips and won’t use them again, you will blow more material into the air than on the surface trying to just get stuff through the tiny tips, I wound up using the 1.8 for a clear coat and still blew a lot in the air. If I were to buy the gun again I’d skip the 3 tip unit and go for the 2.0 or the 2.5, It’s easier to dial back fluid flow than it is to try to suck it out of a gravity gun… HVLP means high volume, low pressure, problem with this 3 tip set up is NO volume ! My advise is buy the gun, but get the bigger set ups you’ll be happy you did.PS this is Shawna’s husband
