Title: Needed Just the Elbow, Worked Perfectly
Review: Like the majority of these reviews, I needed just the little plastic elbow after I snapped mine while installing the battery. Ordered this tube to get the elbow since no one had elbows in stock locally. Got it next day and installed the elbow. Prefect fit!

Title: Fixed my exhaust smell at stop.
Review: I only needed the elbow like most, bought the car used and notice exhaust smell at stops and a foul odor. Dealer detailed car in winter, water was left i the battery compartment which led me to find the hose hanging beside the battery.Looked at what my options are after some research about this and pull the elbow fitting off the item and installed.No exhaust smell at stop or idle, guessing hose allowed it into the cabin and an ozone treatment from the dealer fixed the rest of the smell.Works great! I knocked off stars for the point I just needed the elbow but I guess itâs best to have the hose incase the other was faulty.

Review: I just needed the plastic elbow, but the piece fits perfectly. Itâs safer to place this plastic piece in the battery after the battery has been placed in the storage compartment. This was on a 2014 Chevy Traverse.

Review: Unfortunately I had to buy the plastic nozzle as well as the hose for my car battery system. I broke the plastic nozzle when I replaced the car battery back into the floor compartment. Too bad that no one sells just that plastic nozzle.
