Title: It worked okay
Review: It worked okay. I painted my truck bed tool box to match my truck color. After some adjustments I got a fair pattern and coverage. I probably will not use it again for something like this as my gravity feed does a better job and is handier. The description says it works with house paint, I find this very hard to believe.

Title: bad assembly of pickup tube
Review: sprays single stage polyurethane paint very nice but the suction tube was assembled backwards the stem should point to the front of the pot not to the back that left inch of paint in the pot. I replaced the stem with brake tubing and bent the tube forward.

Title: Very nice gun, professional quality
Review: I was mostly familiar with Binks pressureized guns used before the HVLP era.My first HVLP guns were relatively inexpensive gravity feed types, that worked decently but were tough to use w, (for me) when painting roofs, hoods, and other horizantal surfaces.This gun is very nicely made, not cheap in any way, and has a standard paint cup with pressure feed.It comes with 2 sets of orfice diameter parts, 2.0 and 1.7I painted acrylic enamel with hardener using the 1.7 and about 40 pounds of air pressure and got respectable results; certainly the top level of my enamel painting skills.Any limits or issues were and are a matter of still getting used to HVLP technology and the corresponding pressures and paint viscosity values.This is a great gun for the money and I don’t think it will disappoint

Title: Works great!
Review: Got this to paint polyurethane on my transom and it worked great. No issues whatsoever, great spray out of it. It was a real pain to clean but I think it’s because I used a polyurethane based paint and not latex (which wouldn’t really work on a boat). Great sprayer overall

Title: Pretty decent spray gun for the price range
Review: I have an HVLP spray setup but always though it would be good to get a second gun. This is well built all metal (aluminum) and has the required control knobs. Some with two nozzles and a pretty thorough cleaning kit. It has an air Regulator so you can use with a standard air compressor but I have a low velocity HVLP box so not sure I will use the regulator. This is a nice setup and will make a good backup gun or second color gun for my projects.
