Title: 1993 F-150 Body Molding Tape
Review: The ends of the front quarter panel and door moldings on my 1993 Ford F-150 started to lift. A few years ago I had tried some double-sided tape, and it didn’t perform very well. A more comprehensive search, which included ways to remove the old tape, recommended this tape.I removed the old tape with a wizard wheel attached to my drill and make sure to surface was clean. The application of the state is pretty simple, and I opted to install it on the back of the molding to confirm that it wouldn’t visible after attaching it to the body panel. The bottom line is that the stuff works great. The molding, even though it had some lifting and some areas of stress, now lay flat. I’ll be using this tape going forward should the need ever arise again.

Title: Strong Enough to Pull Paint Off
Review: This 3M tape is no jokeâsuper strong and perfect for the job. I used it to reattach the door bumpers on my 2007 Dodge Charger, and it worked. Just a heads-up: itâs so strong that if youâre not careful, it could pull the paint off, so make sure youâre sticking it in the right spot the first time!The adhesion holds up well, even in 100° heat or rain. Title: The Superglue of the Gods!
Review: When I first bought the 3M Super-Strength Molding Tape, I thought, âSure, itâs just tape. How much damage can I do with that?â Oh, how wrong I was. This tape is basically the Hercules of adhesives. Iâve used it for everything from fixing a loose truck mirror to reattaching the bumper after an impromptu âclose encounterâ with a rogue shopping cart. If youâre looking for tape that can hold your life together (literally), look no further!Let me tell you, this tape doesnât mess around. I tried to peel it off just to see if it was as strong as they claim. Big mistake. Itâs like trying to wrestle a bear in a phone booth. It stayed exactly where I put it, and letâs just say, my fingers are still trying to recover. Iâm pretty sure Iâve bonded with my truck on a molecular level now.The adhesion power of this tape is so intense, Iâm convinced it might have a future in the space program. I wouldnât be surprised if NASA starts using it to keep rockets from falling apart. If you ever feel your life is falling apart, just slap some of this tape on it. Title: The tap works very well and was easy to use.
Review: I bought a cute German Shepherd emblem for my Explorer, but within days, the adhesive provided by the manufacturer was left loose. I purchased this tape to adhere to my emblem. It is working great! Just as promised. It’s been through several car washes, rain, and soon snow. I definitely would purchase the tape again.

Review: I drive an old F150 and the ends of the door molding had curled and would not lie flat. I cleaned the inside of the molding and the doors surfaces with a rag and some gas, let it dry and then used a heat gun to soften the molding, (be very careful if you use this method because it’s easy to heat the molding up to much and melt it), after the molding was more pliable, I applied the tape, held the molding to the door until it became cool and voilà , no more lifted door molding.I recommend this product if you have anything that needs to be stuck to metal, it works fantastic.
