Review: Product contains two parts: The paint itself and a clear coat. Both are easy to apply and they produce good results. You can apply the paint using a built-in paint pen tip, or by using a brush. The clear coat uses a small foam applicator for a smooth coat.

Title: Poor adhesion to bare metal
Review: This product says it is top coat and primer in one. Can be applied to bare metal but when this is done it will scratch off with just a fingernail, even with the clear coat applied on top. The metal was thoroughly cleaned, had no rust and was final cleaned with “Final Clean” (a DuPont paint product) prior to applying the touch up paint. Adhesion was much better when the spot was primed first.
