Title: Don’t Believe the “Cheap guns are just as good!” Hype!
Review: This gun lays down glass. This is firmly in the hobby/small production grade range. Most <$100 guns won't even come close, and all the people who say HF China guns are just as good are delusional.Great guns!

Review: The 4 stars are simply due to the price, what you get and especially what was expected (I had low expectations). I mainly got this for gunning primer and it did fairly well. The spray pattern was a little inconsistent, but that’s why I got it for primer…it can be sanded during prep. Use caution with the cups! My first mix of primer resulted in the metal cup breaking at the fitting and dumping paint everywhere. Thankfully I wasn’t over the parts when it happened. I only used one of the guns and had it on a commercial compressor; however, inline pressure for a good spray was about 26psi (it was also cold here). The inconsistency is when I would stop and start again. Even with an independent regulator on the hose along with a filter, it seemed like the spray pattern didn’t stay consistent. Lubing it up and really working the trigger may help with establishing a more constant result, thus another reason for 4 stars. It didn’t clog, spit or sputter and once the air valve spring works in I have no doubt it will have a positive effect on consistent spray patterns. I also considered that spray issues after longer stops may have been due to the paint cooling in the gun and as science dictates, it becomes more dense. The primer phase temps were in the mid-50s, so not the best environment to make a good judgment and I literally opened the box and used it without even disassembling it first. All-in-all, I’ve seen worse in more expensive guns but obviously don’t expect to be putting out show car quality paint jobs. FYI, my go to gun for individual parts is an SRiPro (base and clear)…and my second one arrived with the spreader valve threads completely stripped. This kit arrived in better working condition than the manufacturer’s more expensive model.

Title: Good for the money
Review: Good little set works well, I’ve painted my 70 barracuda with it and know a few that painted their classics with the same set as well… definitely recommend for a lower end set that isn’t on the super janky cheap side… if you do want to use their pps system verify that you get the right adapter, amazon normally recommends the wrong one

Title: NOT a professional quality painting tool
Review: I was a professional auto and truck painter in years past. Back then, my shop used DeVilbiss siphon or “pressure pot” sprayers as the standard of the industry. I still paint from time to time and thought I would try out this set. I am disappointed in the low volume of material delivered. The spray pattern is excellent but volume delivery is dismal. Takes twice as long to get around the car as it should. Also, the guns need to be disassembled to fit back in the fancy plastic case. Not happening! This is NOT suitable for professional quality car painting.

Title: So far it’s going great!
Review: Got this to paint a car, we do professional painting and varnishing but spraying 2 part paint and primer is still newer to us. Gun hasn’t had any problems that we haven’t been able to fix. Do Not wipe any of the plastic with chemical – dry rag only and always make sure hole in top cap is clear.
