Title: Simply amazing, but will it last?
Review: My video should speak for itself – but in a word it’s AMAZING! I put it on a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe with only 80K miles. It has that stupid plastic trim all around the bottom of the vehicle, including lower bumpers. The trim looked faded and weathered when I bought it, and nothing I did made it much better for any length of time. Armorall was about the best I could do, but it just didn’t last. Plus it attracted dirt.I figured I’d try one of these after reading other positive reviews. I opened a packet, and it looks almost like a cloth you’d clean up with after eating ribs or something. The cloth is moist, but not drippy, with whatever the magic solution is. Application is easy – you just wipe it slowly across the material. Immediately I was amazed at how well it looked, even with just one wipe. I really took my time, especially where the plastic meets the painted metal. It went on easier than armor all, which did not look as black as this does even after a lot of spraying.It took me about 80 minutes to do the whole vehicle, taking my time. The results are pretty much miraculous. I did it in the shade, and let it sit for quite a while before I rolled it out. It’s only been a couple days, but it looks just as amazing. I can also say I bought two packs because I just didn’t see how one package could do what they promised. I was wrong; one pack did the entire car and a bumper on another pickup.If this stuff holds up and looks anywhere near as amazing at a year, or even 6 months, I will be very happily surprised. I’ll update this at review when the time comes.

Title: Works and looks great
Review: I’m generally pretty skeptical of most products that claim they improve the look of faded plastic as they are always just temporary and come off in a matter of weeks or after your first car wash. But since this is ceramic coating it actually seems to be permanent. That said you need to be quite careful when applying it and follow all the instructions. Use gloves with this stuff as it definitely smells like it would be hazardous to have on your skin. I was sure to wash my car and then clean off all the plastic pieces I wanted to treat with isopropyl alcohol to remove any grease or chemicals that were left on the plastic. My Ford Bronco isn’t that old but I could tell the plastic was already starting to fade and there is quite a bit of it on the car so I wanted to pre treat it. A few months in it looks amazing. I’ve gone off roading, gotten paint on some of the fenders, and wash the car at least 30 times and the plastic pieces still look new. The coating is still very much intact and Wicks away most dirt and debris. I even sadly drove over some wet paint in the road and it was almost impossible to get off the areas I didn’t treat but the ones that did literally just wiped right off after it had already dried. Recommend this product but you need to make sure you use it properly and follow the instructions otherwise you will not get the results you want. I will say all the plastic on the new Bronco seems to be very porous and texturized so maybe it absorbed the product really well. I have not used it on any smooth plastic so I can’t speak to that.

Title: Works exceptionally well!
Review: Cerakote is a fantastic product for black trim. Iâve had it on my fenders for 5 years and it has barely faded, if at all. Recently applied to the black plastics on the front of the truck and itâs a night and day difference! The only black trim restorer that works as advertised.

Review: Used on my 2021 Soul X-linePros: Complete kit with vinyl gloves Each packet tears open easily (10 per box) Product goes on and spreads easily with very little to no drips or runs (have a microfiber towel in case of drip when using it first time) Each wipe can cover about 50% of trim on average vehicle ( I used two on mine and it has more trim than average Soul) Dries quickly and evenly (I let mine set for about 6 hrs to cure properly before driving that evening) Deep satin finish will refreshen old trim Haven’t needed to reapply for monthsCons: Pricey but worth it for quality and ease of use Slightly strong odor so make sure to use it with garage door open or in driveway outsideI definitely recommend trying it. Will be doing fiancé’s older Tacoma work truck with remaining pacts to push the products abilities to restore the black finish and see how long it will last. I strongly believe in trying this out.

Title: Avalanche Cladding Like New
Review: This product is fantastic and brings back the original luster of the cladding on my 2009 Avalanche. While it took the whole box to complete the job, it looks original again and is long-lasting too! Well worth it! Great buy!

Title: Very Satisfied
Review: I used this product on a 2015 Nissan Rogue I bought about a month ago. Obviously the black plastic trim was pretty faded. I spent the time doing the prep work, washed my car, towel dried it so nothing dripped, then used blue dawn dish soap to wash all the plastic with a scrubby sponge and towel dried that all off. Also let it air dry while I picked up my kids from school and wiped it down once more with a clean dry towel to make sure any dirt was off. Started applying the Cerakote and was immediately happy with how it looked. I used 2 wipes for each side and 2 for both the front and rear.Turned out fantastic! There are some spots that may have been a little too far gone for the Cerakote to save but they are small and not very noticeable. Overall I am super happy with the results and how easy it was to get these results. The prep time was worth it to ensure I did everything properly so it would look nice when I was done.

Title: Fantastic results from this product.
Review: After reading many positive reviews, I decided to purchased to renew the faded plastic trim on my truck which was black when new but had faded to gray. I used 6 pads which covered all the faded trim and with only one application, the trim appears practically new. Appearance went from drab gray to black in one coating! After a day of rain a week later, I noticed the water beaded up on the trim! Definitely will reorder additional quantity as this made me a believer in the results, as so many others stated in their reviews.Thanks for listening.

Review: Returned brand new look to my MB Sprinter van.The only thing left a couple of places with noticeable streaks, i wonder if i needed to wipe excess off, dunno, anyways weâll see if streaks go away after a couple of washes, if not then it is something to keep in mind for the next time, if too much product applied wipe off the excess

Review: First things, first – This product lasts! I applied it over 2 months ago now and the once grey plastic is still a rich, dark black!The product is super easy to apply, just ensure, you strip any waxes, contaminants from the surface and wipe on making sure to use the provided gloves. Doing the full car, I used about half of the provided wipes, so they’re very good value.On some surfaces, it can look a little streaky if you don’t go over it enough, or maybe add a little more than necessary, so try to keep it uniform and overlap and you shouldn’t have any issues.One thing for sure, I’ll never go back to using sprays or gels ever again!
